I am a TV addict. I love all TV. You name it, I watch it. Now I'm writing about it. Why do you care what I think about your favorite shows?...you shouldn't - but you're already here, so might as well check it out.

Hey all...I've been having a few technical difficulties lately on the site. I'm going to be making some changes at some point today. So if the site looks and feels a bit different, or it's acting up, don't be worried...we'll be up and running and back to our regularly scheduled programming soon.
Of course we need to make these changes just as I was about to post Part 1 of my day on the set of Veronica Mars. Damn!!!
Are you kidding me? E! has Ryan Seacrest in a VIP room, and Issac Mizrahi on the red carpet interviewing the stars? What are they thinking? Did they not learn anything from the Golden Globes incident?
Let me know if you are watching the red carpet arrivals so we can chat.
I miss Laguna Beach. There I've said it. I miss K Cavs, Jessica, LC, Ste-phen, hell I even miss J Wahl. Sorry Talan, I would miss you too but after the whole Kimberley Stewart thing I can't look at you the same way. What's a girl to do until The Hills starts? If you are Proud to be a Laguna Bitch then I think you'll like this Mad TV parody of the show.
I wonder if Zach Braff wakes up every morning and thinks..hmmm...what hot chick am I going to get paid tons of money to make out with today? Heather Graham? Tara Reid? Mandy Moore? Nope, they've got a new one for you Zach...your latest lady love is none other than Greek Goddess, and Medford, MA native Maria Menounos. Menounos will play Tamara, a young lass that JD meets at a bar and becomes quite comfy with rather quickly, on the March 21st episode of the show. No word yet on whether or not Maria will be sticking around in JD's life. But something tells me that like most of JD's lady friends, she's not around for long. I don't think JD will ever find someone he loves as much as he loves Turk.
Ever since I returned home from my visit to Neptune I have been all kinds of sick. I'd like to say it was due to my crazy ass make out sessions with Logan, Dick or the Beav, but sadly it's not true. What is true is that some nice ER doctors (who by the way didn't hold a candle to Dr. Carter, George, or McDreamy) told me I have a strong case of walking pneumonia. They gave me some drugs, that sadly don't alter my mind just one bit, but they do help to stop my ridiculous cough.
So I'm sharing this sob story because (a) it's my blog and I can do that , so suck it Halpert, and (b) this is my excuse for not yet posting the details of my fantastic day on the set of Veronica Mars. See, I can only capture that day once, and I want to make sure my mind is clear and I'm not half asleep while doing it. It was that good of a time.So please bear with me...it's coming. Oh, and so is the interview with Jason Dohring. Just as everyone was saying goodbye and leaving, I held back for a minute and thanked Jason in advance for answering your questions. He said he was excited to do it, and said thanks for supporting the show. So nice!!!
Young hearts are breaking today. American Idol's version of McDreamy, Ace Young, has a serious girlfriend. Sorry ladies. All those dreamy looks into the camera were just for show. He wasn't really signing to you. Ace was perhaps singing to his girlfriend, actress Essence Atkins. The beautiful Atkins can be seen on UPN's Half & Half. As it turns out, Ace himself appeared on the show last year and even sang a little ditty.
Head over to TMZ.com for a quick look at Essence & Ace in action. Wait? What? Aw, get your minds out of the gutter. I meant watch them in a scene together from Half & Half.
Last night we said goodbye to four more American Idol wannabes. For the ladies it was last call for Heather Cox and Brenna Gethers ('bout time), and for the guys, it was adios to Sway and David Radford. I'm ok with each of them leaving, although based on voice alone, Kevin Covais should be going home before Sway. Oh well. His time will come.
Carrie Underwood performed Jesus, Take the Wheel. I thought she sounded great, no matter how much I dislike the song. You know Kellie Pickles (or whatever her name is) was up in the rafters saying "that is going to be me...that is going to be me" over and over again. Perhaps the most amazing moments of the night came from Ms. Abdul herself. What the hell was she smoking? Seriously, her behavior is out of control. Everytimge Ryan asked her a question she answered with some nonsense...gibberish. It was embarrassing. Paula & Randy came out with a how to sing DVD last year, so sister has some money. Why she insists on buying her crack from the back of the white van down in the alley, I will never know. Paula, you are famous....get hooked up with the good stuff.
After last night mostly dreadful performances by the ladies, it was nice to see some of the guys work it tonight. But no one worked it like my boy Chris Daughtry. He was incredible - just awesome! Other vote-worthy performances were by, of course, Taylor Hicks and Elliot Yamin and surprisingly enough Gedeon McKinney.
The best moment of the night came from the one and one Bucky Covington. During the faux-Sinatra's performance (the kid sucks so much I can even remember his name) Bucky was in the rafters grinding his southern hips so much that I think he impregnanted little Paris Bennett who was sitting on the opposite side of the stage. I promise to scour YouTube tomorrow for the video. I hope someone beside my friend Jess saw this amazing display of...um...dancing?
Time to get on the phone and VOTE. Chris Daughtry: 1-866-IDOLS-10
Our favorite receptionist, Pam Beesley is going to be chatting it up tomorrow all over the TV. Jenna Fischer, who plays Pam on The Office will be on The Today Show tomorrow morning, Martha Stewart in the afternoon, and Conan O'Brien tomorrow night. Make sure you set your TiVos, because we all know how adorable Jenna is on these talk shows.
In addition to talking about tomorrow's return of The Office (thank God), I'm sure we'll hear about her upcoming movie SLiTHER, which was directed by her husband, James Gunn (Dawn of the Dead)
Lots of West Wing news today here at Give Me My Remote. We just got word that Bradley Whitford, who plays Josh Lyman on The West Wing, will play a producer and recovering coke addict on Aaron Sorkin's new show, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. As we mentioned before, the show is a behind the scenes look at a fictional late night sketch comedy show. Whitford will join Matthew Perry, Amanda Peet, and another West Winger, Timothy Busfield.
Early word is that the pilot script is brilliant. That early word is coming from Bill Simmons, and I pretty much pray at the alter of The Sports Guy, so I'm going to give this one a shot.
She may not be doing to ramba or the salsa but Lisa Rinna will be back on Dancing with the Stars next season as co-host along with Tom Bergeron. It seems her fiesty personality won over the producers. Rinna will be the third female co-host in the season's history. Lisa Canning was the first one let go, and now we are saying goodbye to Samantha Harris. Rumor has it that Harris will end up on Good Morning America as an entertainment reporter.
I always kind of thought Lisa Rinna was ovah, but with her stint as Logan's mom on Veronica Mars, and now DWTS, she's back y'all.
It was just 2 days ago that we launched our campaign to supersize the season finale of The Office. In that short amount of time over 1,255 Office-ianados have supported our cause and left their messages for the NBC big wigs. We are super excited at the response but still hope to gather many more comments before sending them off to Jeff Zucker. If you haven't yet left your message, please do sohere.
Our efforts were not only featured inJenna Fischer&Angela Kinsey's MySpace blog, but also in The Chicago Tribune, and USA Today. Thanks to all who are helping to spread the word.
The final episodes of The West Wing will feature some very familar faces. Returning to the White House are Sam Seaborn (Rob Lowe), Amy Gardner (Mary Louise Parker), Nancy McNally (Anna Deavere Smith), Ainsley Hayes (Emily Proctor), Joey Lucas (Marlee Maitlin), Bob Russell (Gary Cole), John Hoynes (Tim Matheson), Danny Concannon (Timothy Busfield), and Lizzy Bartlet (Anabeth Gish).
Although it has been confirmed that Rob Lowe will be back for the last two episodes, there's no word as to when the other special guest will appear. Something tells me that they would all make an appearance at Leo's funeral.
