Office Emmy Love

Here’s the deal…the majority of GMMR readers are HUGE fans of The Office. Why do you think I talk about it so much? Whenever I post something about the show, I get a crazy response from you. And the cast of The Office has been SO AMAZING in their support of GiveMeMyRemote.com, I can’t begin to thank them enough. So I thought I would let you in on a little something that took place last week.
A good luck Emmy cake was delivered to the set of The Office the week before the Emmys as a way to say Thank You to the cast and crew of our favorite show. GiveMeMyRemote.com, OfficeTally.com, NorthernAttack.com along with super Office fan Wendy sent the delicious dessert on behalf of all the fans of the show. The cake was a hit on the set. Jenna Fischer wrote me and said:
“Thank you guys SO MUCH for the cake. It was perfectly timed and VERY delicious. It was seriously one the best cakes I’ve ever eaten. The cast and crew enjoyed it very much. Angela took a picture. It turned out really cute.”
You would not believe the effort it takes to pull off something like a simple cake delivery. Special thanks to Wendy for EVERYTHING she did to make this happen. Thanks also goes out the David Denman, Jenna Fischer, and Executive Producer Kent Zbornak for helping us to get this done. And finally, to Susan Sarich from Susie Cakes, the amazing bakery in Brentwood, CA for making this happen for us. If you live in the area, PLEASE make sure you head in there and try her famous cupcakes.
