If you have a question for Jenna or Jim, it’s now or never. We won’t be able to take any more questions after tonight.
If you have something you are just dying to know…head over to the forums and leave you questions here…before it’s too late.
And yes, I will make sure to ask John if he’s single.

The American Film Institute (AFI) announced the official selections of AFI Awards 2005, AFI’s almanac which records the year’s most outstanding achievement in film and television. And man, did they get this list right. The shows honored include fans favorites (and my personal faves) Grey’s Anatomy, Lost, and Veronica Mars among others.
The AFI Awards are unique in that that employ a 13-person jury process in which scholars, artists, critics and AFI trustees discuss, debate and determine the most outstanding achievements of the year, as well as provide a detailed rationale for each selection.
I’m especially happy that Veronica Mars was recognized. Because VM lives over at UPN, the show is often overlooked when it comes to major recognition. Love that the critics are finally being loud with their praise of this show. Congrats to all 10 shows honored: 24, Battlestar Galactica, Deadwood, Grey’s Anatomy, House, Lost, Rescue Me, Sleeper Cell, Sometimes in April, & Veronica Mars.
But I have to ask, can someone please tell me what Sleeper Cell and Sometimes in April are? I haven’t heard of either of them.

I was going to write up a recap tonight and post it in the boards. If you think I should, leave a comment. If not, I’m not going to bother writing one up…they take a lot of time.

The following contains spoilers for tonight’s season finale of Making the Band 3. If you don’t want to know, then stop reading now.
Finally…finally…finally Diddy has made the band. After the disaster that was his first season with “The Band” (remember Chopper?), and the last season’s failed attempt to put together a group, Diddy finally announced the ladies who will comprise his latest diva-etts.
And they are….drumroll please.
Aubrey
Aundrea
Dawn
Wanita
Shannon
No idea what the name of the group is yet. But I have to say I already dig the single. So good luck girls and congrats!!!!
Still hoping we hear some news about a solo-career for Dominique. That girl is fierce.

That being said, I have been a bit obsessed lately…I know. To that end, I wanted to pass along a great article from today’s Boston Globe. I’ve been waiting for someone to get on the story of the hometown boys making it big in Hollywood…together. BJ Novak and John Krasinski are the second coming of Ben & Matt.
Update: If you missed last night’s Christmas episode of The Office. You can head over to the forums and check out the recap. This show doesn’t really lend itself to an interesting recap, but we did one anyway.

For those of you who visit this little site, you know that I have a new found obsession with “The Office”. That’s why I am so excited to let you know that I have scored an interview with Jenna Fischer who plays Pam Beesley on the hit show.
Jenna’s going to answer YOUR questions about the show, her character, and ya know, that little office romance. And there’s a chance that special guest, John Krasinski (Jim Halpert), may be answering a few questions too.
So there is where I need your help. If you have questions for Jenna or John, please make sure to send them on. I have set up an area on the GMMR forums for all your questions. I’d like to gather all the questions by Tuesday, so make sure to get them in soon.

I had to work very late last night. By the time I got home, I only had time to watch one TV show before bed. It was like Sophie’s Choice all over again, but I went with Veronica Mars over Lost. Of course I’ll watch Lost tonight on TiVo, but I was bummed to not know what happened.
So you can imagine my utter joy this morning when I realized that my personal hero (and Give Me My Remote Forum co-founder) Fatback, wrote a kickass recap of last night’s ep. So if you missed the show…or just want to relive the glory of the episode, head over to the forums to read the recap.
P.S. While you are there, show your support by registering as a member. We’d really appreciate it.
