It’s Prison Break Monday (Check Back for Updates All Day)
April 24, 2006 by Kath Skerry
For the first time in my life, I actually don’t hate Mondays, and I have Prison Break to thank for that. I look forward to sitting back and getting caught up in the lives of Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) and his band of merry men, and all the happenings of the Fox River State Penitentiary. If you aren’t a Prison Break-er yet, and you want to be, PLEASE let me know. I will personally catch you up on the season thus far. This is a fantastic show and a thriller in the realm of Lost and 24, and as a TV addict, it should be on your TiVo season pass.
For those of you who are already on the Prison Break bandwagon, you might enjoy this interview with Nolasco Yearns, who plays Fernando Sucre, Michael Scofield’s trustworthy cellmate. Here’s a little piece:
“He doesn’t even have an idea what he’s going to be dealing with,” he says. “You ask me, how am I different from Sucre? First of all, I’ve got 18 months to go [to parole]. You think I’m going to risk that? You know what, I’ve got 18 months to go, she’s got to wait. And if she’s not going to wait — there’s a saying I have in Spanish, ‘Saint that doesn’t love me, saint I don’t pray to.'” Click here for the rest of the interview.
