Tweener & Jessica Simpson Connection

Lane Garrison, who plays Tweener on Prison Break, credits Jessica & Ashlee Simpson’s dad, Joe, with keeping him out of prison during his teen years. Before Joe Simpson became Jess & Ashlee’s creepy manager he was a pastor in Texas, and when Garrison fell into some trouble with stealing during his teen years, it was Joe and his family who took Lane in.

“He took me into his house before Jessica was this gigantic pop star and let me live there.  Otherwise, I really would be in prison, so I’m really grateful to him.” – said Garrison

Hmmm, you have to wonder if Jessica & Lane ever shared a late night bowl of ice cream in the Simpson kitchen.  And yes, that’s what the kids are callling it these days. Even if they didn’t, let’s start that rumor.
