DANCING WITH THE STARS
Applications are due soon, so hop to it!
Dancing with the Stars, TV’s most successful dance show, is looking for a woman aged 24-36, size 10-14 in the Los Angeles area to train with a professional dancer, get fit, learn to dance like a star and appear on TV.
Are you overweight or looking to shed those stubborn extra pounds? Are you up for the challenge of a lifetime? Ever wondered how difficult Ballroom Dancing really is?
The aim is for you to follow the training regime that the Stars on the show do and we film your progress. Each week, a package about your training will appear on the Results Show. This will be completely outside the competition that the Stars are participating in.
Applicants must be available to train at least 20 hours a week from the end of August to mid-November. No previous dance experience required. Email slimdance@gmail.com with the following information:
Name
Address
Age
Height
Weight
Contact numbers (cell, home, work)
Current Employment
Marital Status/ Family Situation
Do you have a criminal record?
Do you have an existing medical condition?
Photograph: Close up facial and wide body shot.
Briefly tell us, in 200 words or less:
Why should we choose you for this amazing opportunity?
What would you gain from this experience?
Why do you want to this?
What are your hobbies? What do you do with your free time?
All applications must be complete and include photographs to be considered.
If you are selected, you’ll be contacted for a casting session on Friday, August 18th, in Central Los Angeles.

That’s a fun MeeVee feature! I’d have been all over this one if I lived in the L.A. area. Too bad I’m a Northern California girl.
Hey this is really random ..but does anyone know what that song is called in the Jim/Pam NBC office promo? the one with the people singing..I really like it and want to find out what it is!
ohhh what a shame why is it not in England.. 🙁
what a shame why is not in all states.
I am not a celebrity but I have been dancing in my living room since I was a child. I am still doing it at age 42. I love to dance. I have never had any professional training. I am thinking you should have a fan episode where I dance with Max (yes) that is my request and the viewers act out their fantasy and see a non celebrity see if they can dance…..or not. I have confidence I can do it. If you are up for the idea please contact me. 402-813-5593 Omaha, NE. I look forward to hearing from you.

i want to applation Dancing with the Stars any body do you know?
I am using my friends e-mail, as I don’t have one. I have taken dance lessons for several years at Bradenton Dance in Bradenton, Florida. I have won many dance competitions in Florida, Las Vegas and Paris. I am a size 10, and am middle aged. How about letting someone dance on Dancing with the stars, who can dance as well as the younger ones. This would be a new side of Dancing with the stars, why not try it? Waiting to hear from you. Thank You.
