Jenna Fischer & John Krasinski on The Today Show

I’m not even going to apologize for the ridiculous amount of Office related posts today. It’s the Season 3 premiere of my favorite show, and the only way I’m going to make it until 8:30pm tonight is to get my full fix of Office gossip throughout the day. It’s days like these that I’m happy to have GMMR.
Jenna Fischer (Pam) and John Krasinski (Jim) sat down with Meredith Viera on The Today Show this morning to talk about Season 3. They have mastered the art of not spoiling anything, but then again we only have to wait about 9 more hours so I guess I can deal.

Did you or anyone else happen to see the “tease” that happened shortly before their interview? It showed John and Jenna in the reception area of NBC, pretending to work together. Meredith, Al and Matt were talking the whole time, but J & J’s mics were on. Jenna handed John a paper and I swear he said something that ended with, “…thanks. I love you.” which caused Jenna to start laughing. If you TiVo’d it, run it back and see what you think. It’s barely audible, but pretty funny. 🙂

John looked HOT!!!! Jenna looked beautiful. Too bad I had to sit through almost 2 hours of the Today show to see them.

My Tivo is going to hate me. Hate me! I’m totally making it work overtime.
My boyfriend is on vacation with his family this week in NYC and he was lucky enough to meet Jenna and John this morning at the NBC store signing! He told Jenna that he loves the show and its really great and she said, Thanks, that’s really sweet. And then she shook his hand and John followed suit and shook his hand too!! He actually touched John’s hand and I am very jealous! He said the line was around the block and you couldn’t take pictures of them up close, you could only take pictures from a certain point. I can’t wait to see the pics he was able to get! Looking forward to 8:30 tonight!
Brad, I think he said, “Thanks, I love it,” the “it” being the picture she gave him. I don’t think he said, “I love you.”
I think he’ll say that later tonight…when she says it to him 😉
Thanks for posting this GMMR. I had to go to an HR seminar in Teaneck, NJ early this morning and I wasn’t able to see it live. I was just over the bridge from NYC. So close, yet so far. This must have been what it felt like for you at the Emmy’s.
I’m glad I can always count on you to catech me up on what I missed.
