Congratulations go out to Grey’s Anatomy star Patrick Dempsey and his wife, makeup artist, Jillian Fink as they just announced that they are expecting their second child. The couple, who married in 1999, have a 4-year old daughter, Tallulah.

By the way, do you know how much it hurt not to title this thread “McDreamy is Having Another McBaby”. But believe it or not, even I have limits.

Bradley Cooper…ENGAGED!

Another TV boyfriend has fallen prey to a pesky woman who wanted a “commitment”. Come on…what’s that all about? Just kidding!! Bradley Cooper (Alias, The Wedding Crashers) has recently proposed to his longtime girlfriend, actress Jennifer Esposito (Crash, Related). Reps for the two have not confirmed or denied their engagement, but rumors are a December wedding is planned. Congrats!!!!

Whitney Houston Divorcing Bobby Brown

Don’t expect Whitney Houston to be appearing on the next season of Being Bobby Brown (if there is a next season). The diva has filed for divorce from her husband of 14 years, Bobby Brown. To me this is a clear indication that Whitney has kicked her drug habit and is finally seeing the life through sober eyes. Hallelujiah!!! About damn time.

The Office Season 2 on DVD – Quickie

As you know, tomororrow is “Office Thursday” here on GMMR, and I plan on gushing plenty about The Office Season 2 DVDs, but I had to make a quick post today to thank ALL of you who have emailed me about the GiveMeMyRemote.com shout out on the “Casino Night” DVD commentary. I knew it was coming, but having listened to it yesterday was crazy!!! Special thanks to my boy Rainn Wilson…you rock!!!

What was really cool for me was to be mentioned along side the two best Office fansites, NorthernAttack.com & OfficeTally.com. James and Jennie have become good friends over the past year, so it was really fun for all of us to be mentioned together.
For those of you who have seen the deleted scenes, you can probably guess which were my favorites. But I don’t want to talk about that here since many have not had the chance to watch the DVDs yet.

Mike “Boogie” Malin Wins Big Brother All Stars

In the end it was a victory for Chilltown when Boogie defeated Erika with a vote of 6-1. The LA restaurateur received the grand prize of $500k, while Erika, a pilates instructor received $50k. But in the end, it was still the two best players in Big Brother history, Will and Janelle that controlled the game and guaranteed Boogie the win.

Will, and especially Janelle clearly had a strong influence over the other sequestered houseguests (‘the jury’) prior to voting. I mean, Howie went postal on Boogie when he was evicited, and he actually gave Mike his vote in the end. I was kind of surprised by that one, but then again, it’s Howie and I can’t imagine it’s easy for him to make decisions on his own.

I will tell you that I was shocked by how harshly Erika was slammed by the jury, and well ALL the former houseguests. Between comments about her sho-mance and how she has no dignity (ouch), I don’t know how she held it together so well last night. Maybe it’s the $50k prize.

Janelle, who made it to the final 3, received the America’s Choice prize of $25k. That was well deserved. I had new found respect for Janey after she booted Will out of the house. That was ballsy.

This was the BEST season of Big Brother, and I’m sad it’s over. Actually, I’m more sad that I won’t be able to see Dr. Will and his scheming ways on TV every week. He’s been added to my list of favorite reality show contestants. I guess I’m going to have to wait for his appearance on Dr. 90210. I just hope it comes on soon.

…and guess what?! Time for BIG BROTHER 8!!!

Prison Break Recap: Episode 204

Better late than never, right? I really did have every intention of getting this Prison Break recap up a lot earlier. But those damn Office Season 2 DVDs took over my life and I just couldn’t put them away…seriously, my eyes are starting to burn. But more on that Thursday.

I thought last night’s Prison Break was a strong ep. Lost of emotion, and I appreciated the somewhat concentrated storylines. This recap isn’t the bext because I was tired last night when I wrote it, and I’m still exhausted now. Please forgive me if there are typos…I promist to check in the morning when my eyesight returns.

Bellick and Roy catch up with Michael, Linc and Nika, and manage to run them off the road and into a tree. With guns drawn, Bellick and Roy confront the convicts, but hauling them into the Feds isn’t the priority here. Just like everyone else in the world, they know about the $5M Westmoreland has stashed in Utah, and they want Michael to lead them to it.

Anna Nicole’s Son Dies 3 Days After Her Daughter is Born

The 20-year-old son of Anna Nicole Smith died suddenly in the Bahamas on Sunday, three days after the former Playboy Playmate gave birth to a girl, Smith’s attorney said.

A statement from Howard K. Stern, Anna Nicole Smith’s attorney, did not provide any details of Daniel Smith’s death, and he declined to comment when contacted by Reuters.

“We have yet to learn the cause of death but do not believe that drugs or alcohol were a factor,” Stern said in the statement. “Anna Nicole is absolutely devastated by the loss of her son. He was her pride and joy and an amazing human being.”

Daniel Smith was in the Caribbean nation where his mother, 38, gave birth to a healthy girl on Thursday, Stern said.

He appeared in “The Anna Nicole Show,” a reality TV series that aired on the E! cable channel.

Someone tell me why people continue to encourage K-Fed? Mr. Spears will pop up as a thug (a role he was born to play) on an upcoming episode of CSI. Are they making a mockery out of him or themselves?. (Dlisted)

First Coop flies the Coop, and now Summer is ready to spring off too (Yeah, I know…that was horrible. Sue me, I’m punchy). Rachel Bilson is ready to move on from The OC. Sadly, most of the viewers moved on at the end of S2. (Egotastic)

I’m not much of a movie buff. I watch my fair share of HBO and On Demand, but it’s a rare occasion when I actually go to the theater and watch a new release with the masses. But then again, why go when I can just read Pajiba’s always insightful reviews. Check out the goods on…Hollywoodland, The Wicker Man , Crank , Invincible, Little Miss Sunshine (I actually caught this one while I was in LA, and let me tell you…it was BEYOND fantastic. Like ‘buy it on DVD the day it gets released’ good!) (Pajiba)
