How I Met Your Mother Sneak Peek

I’m not sure when How I Met Your Mother made it on to my list of appointment television.  It was definitely after Season 1 and before Robin Sparkles, that much I know.  Laugh track and all, this is one of the funniest comedies on TV today.  I do love Scrubs and 30 Rock, but I’m thinking HIMYM might just rank as my #2 favorite comedy.

If you haven’t caught the show, I suggest you check it out when it returns to CBS on January 8th at 8/7c.  And to get you newbies and HIMYM veterans excited for the show, I’ve got a brand spankin’ new clip to show you.

“First Time in New York” 

When Robin tries to talk her younger sister out of losing her virginity, the gang shares stories with each other about their “first time.”  And as always, Barney Stinson’s tales of his life are way more exciting than, well, the truth. But who knows, maybe “She’s Like the Wind” was playing in the background. How can you NOT watch the clip based on that pic alone?

    I just finished S1 on DVD to pick up the episodes I had missed but the show is heartwarmingly awesome. I really think it’s the new Friends which naturally makes The Office the new Seinfeld.

    Just on the image alone I truly wanted to see the clip, and now I’m so, so excited about the next episode!!

    I’ve turned so many people in the UK onto this great show, and every time an episode thats poure gold comes up, it makes me feel so happy. This looks to pure 24carat gold!!
