Tim Gunn’s Guide to Style

Bravo has inked a deal for the all-new series Tim Gunn’s Guide to Style. Hosted by Project Runway’s Tim Gunn, each episode will chronicle one person’s fashion dilemmas and introduce the answer to all their troubles – Tim Gunn himself, with his inimitable style, propensity for coaching and encyclopedic expertise in fashion. As a result of Gunn’s tutelage, several deserving folks will get the makeover of a lifetime from the man Entertainment Weekly called “a major arbiter of style.”
Gunn will use his style expertise to help ordinary people maximize their true fashion potential. Having spent countless years as chair of the Department of Fashion Design mentoring students and budding fashion designers, Gunn will put those same skills to work as he rescues people struggling with everything from a disastrous everyday wardrobe, to a special occasion that demands a revamped look. Gunn has an unmatched skill at helping people deal with any kind of predicament and gets the job done when the state of affairs seems grim.

Since Queer Eye has been canceled, this will probably take its place. I would rather watch Tim Gunn than any of the Queer Eye guys anyday. Except maybe Kyan and only if he were straight. Anyways, can’t wait to see this.
Oh, forgot to mention. If you find out how to be on this show, please post the info. I am perfect for it. I lack all style. I had to ask a stranger at the shoe store today if you wear socks with the shoes I was buying. I am fashionably lame.

I’m assuming, since Gunn has his own show, that he won’t be on Project Runway next season. I’m glad he has his own show but i’m really really going to miss him on PR. Won’t be the same w/o him.
Is this show going to be kind of like “What Not To Wear”?….which reminds me…i love Clinton Kelly, too 😛

bueno en el programa hasta me caes bien, quizás seas un pretencioso, veo que las personas que ayudan son personas de buenos recursos económicos, no veo gente humilde que no tenga tantas posibilidades de tener cosas de calidad como las que han pasado por el programa.
Gostaria de parabenizá-los pelo excelente programa Tim Gunn’s Guide to Stile, renovando a auto-estima das mulheres, e trazendo novamente a feminilidade as mulheres que tanto se destacam na sociedade.
Gostaria de saber qual a possibilidade da minha esposa participar do programa, somos da cidade de Porto Alegre – RS – Brasil, e gostaria que ela tivesse esta oportunidade.
Ela é uma excelente mãe, batalhadora, e juntos temos tentado dar o melhor para os nossos filhos e muitas vezes abrindo mão desses cuidados pessoais, fazendo muitas vezes a auto-estime cair.

Minha esposa tem 38 anos, iremos completar 15 anos de casados em 20 de maio de 2010, temos dois filhos lindos, 1 de 9 anos e outro de 1 ano e 8 meses.
