HEROES Season One DVD Giveaway

August 28, 2007 by

HEROES Season One DVDI make no apologies for all the TV on DVD talk today. When some of the best shows from the previous season are made available to watch as our leisure I think it should be a big ‘ol celebration!! And I think there is little question as to whether or not HEROES was the show to watch over the past year.

The buzz started way before it aired and the show never really lost its momentum. If you are already a HEROES fan or you wanted to see it but came a bit to late, here’s your chance to catch up on last year’s most talked about show. While new fans will be busying watching the episodes for the first time, those of us already loving HEROES can enjoy the awesome bonus features which include:

  • 73 uninterrupted minutes of the original extended pilot episode (never aired)
  • Details on the show’s creation, beginning with the original concept
  • The development of incredible special effects
  • A back stage view of the stunts
  • A profile of Tim Sale
  • A behind-the-scenes feature on the score of Heroes
  • 50 deleted and extended scenes (yes I said 50)
  • Episode audio commentaries from the cast and crew

Want your own copy of HEROES Season One? Well GiveMeMyRemote.com is giving away one DVD box set to a lucky reader. It’s pretty easy to enter. In the poll below, tell us which “hero” you think has the best superpower. Then leave a comment telling us the first thing you would do if YOU suddenly had that power (keep it relatively clean).

Only one entry per person. You must leave a valid email address so you can be contacted if you win. The contest end September 5, 2007.

Manipulate space-time continuum. First thing I would do is go back and tell myself as a teenager to stay in shape because it’s harder to get back there when you’re 30!

  3. Deb on August 28th, 2007 4:28 pm

I came here to post almost the same thing as Tim, only I would encourage my young teenage self to loosen up and experience life more, so as not to have any regrets. Plus, I prefer Peter’s “power” over Hiro’s since it includes all the other powers, too.

  4. Darryl on August 28th, 2007 4:30 pm

Read minds. Be like Mel Gibson and learn something about myself and correct it or correct others.

  5. CrazyGringa on August 28th, 2007 4:31 pm

I picked invisibility and the first thing I would do is go to a certain tall lanky guy’s dressing room. Didn’t mean to sound too stalkerish.

  6. Annie on August 28th, 2007 4:34 pm

I would definately want to fly. Then I could zoom from coast to coast whenever I wanted. I miss nyc. I would definately spend some time there…and then back to the Cali coast for the beaches! 🙂

  7. 2mchtv.noschthng on August 28th, 2007 4:38 pm

Manipulate the space-time continuum–There is just something about being able to be in a bunch of different places at once. I would want to spend my Christmas vacation on a beach in Thailand and still make it to the family activities in Kansas. That way everyone is happy!

Though really I agree with Deb. Peter’s power is the best…to be able to manipulate time, regerate and fly? Out of this world 😉 !

  8. Matt on August 28th, 2007 4:47 pm

Can you say women’s locker room?

  9. Mannie on August 28th, 2007 4:54 pm

I’d definately pick Manipulate the space-time continuum. I would be able to sleep in and still get to work on time. It’d also be really cool to go places I’ve always wanted to go.

  10. Kayla on August 28th, 2007 4:56 pm

Flying. The first thing I would do if I could fly would be to go to Italy for a vacation. Mmmm…Italian food.

  11. Kathleen on August 28th, 2007 4:57 pm

Had to go with technopath. I know, seems odd yet. But then I think back to that scene when Micah gets cash out of the ATM just when they need it the most. C’mon… like we all haven’t wished an ATM would spit money out at us every once in a while… especially when the mortgage is due. Plus, knowing that the phone and cable (espeically the cable) would never be broken would be freakin’ awesome. No more waiting on Mr. Cable Man to show somewhere between the hours of 6am – 10pm or whatever! Heh.

  12. Jaime on August 28th, 2007 4:57 pm

I would want to predict the future. Why?! I’m a die hard Mets fan. Now obviously, you could become rich with this power since you can bet on which sports teams would win or lose. (IE Back to the Future II) HOWEVER, I wouldn’t want it because of that. I would want it to brace myself and prepare for the pain or joy that my Mets would bring me come playoff time. I’m an avid FAN. Anyway, GO HEROES!

  13. Kristi on August 28th, 2007 5:08 pm

Bend the space-time continuum for sure… man, how amazing would it be to go back and live your life as a teenager with all the knowledge you have now. If only I could have understood life more at the time I would have been way happier! I also would love to go back and experience all the greatest times in my life; first kiss, first date, first concert – it would be heavenly. I think I would also sneak a peek at “future-kristi” and make sure she’s doing alright and change things if need be.

I could also jump ahead a month so I could see the season 2 premiere already… I must have this power!! How awesome would it be to snap your fingers and be in a time where the TiVo is full of all new shows – that’s utopia on earth right there!

  14. Ashley on August 28th, 2007 5:10 pm

If I could manipulate the space time coninuum I would already be home from work and wouldn’t be sitting here at my desk killing time before sitting in DC traffic…so, that would be pretty awesome. I guess using it to get back to my tiny apartment isn’t really utilizing my powers to their full potential huh? OK, I would also go back in time and invent soap a lot sooner. Nothing bad about soap.

  15. Katie on August 28th, 2007 5:11 pm

I would like to fly because then I could go anywhere I wanted super-quickly. My best friend lives a little ways away, so I would get to see her much more often. I would also fly to LA and go see the people from all my favorite TV shows (The Office, Lost, Heroes, ect.). I would also be able go see all the lifehouse shows I wanted. I think I would also be useful for rescue missions, and aerial photography.

  16. Claudia on August 28th, 2007 5:15 pm

    I would love to fly!

First thing I would do is fly around the world! Imagine how much I could save on airfare?

Oh I could also go to all the lampshade shows 😉

I could visit all my myspace friends and I could fly up to my office instead of taking the stairs hee hee

ALSO I could be on the show! Guys pish who needs special effects this is how its done! lol

    PS: YAY Heroes! 🙂

  17. Caroline on August 28th, 2007 5:19 pm

I would want to be able to manipulate the time space continuum to be able to go to all kinds of different places all around the world, and use my power to go to different impoverished places and help people!

  18. Rae on August 28th, 2007 5:21 pm

I debated between Read Minds and Invisibility but I know myself too well. I like to eavesdrop so I’d immediately use it to drop in on some conversations in my office.

  19. Jessica on August 28th, 2007 5:22 pm

I would want the spontaneous regeneration. I could try a lot of things that I’d be too afraid to try now, like.. running through fire, climbing a cliff with no ropes, free-falling, etc… wow, I’m not really a risk taker. Nerd.

  20. Kristina on August 28th, 2007 5:23 pm

If I could manipulate the space-time continuum I would go on vacation, get my homework done, work, date, hang out with friends, and have time to watch my favorite tv shows without interruption. That would be heaven!

  21. Brad on August 28th, 2007 5:32 pm

Predict the future. Why? Uh, one word: Powerball.

  22. Jills on August 28th, 2007 5:33 pm

This was a tough one, but I picked the ability to fly. I love to travel, and two of my personal life goals are to visit every state in the Unites States and every continent. However, it’s pretty slow going because flying is so expensive!

  23. Christine on August 28th, 2007 5:36 pm

Fly. Think of all the cool and exotic places you could go to. No more overpriced plane tickets!!!

  24. Elizabeth on August 28th, 2007 5:38 pm

Spontaneous regeneration. Buy a motorcycle. I want to say fly, but you couldn’t use it without being too obvious.

  25. Erin Duffy on August 28th, 2007 5:42 pm

I would want the technopath like Micha. While yes, spontaneous regeneration and stopping time is amazingly cool, you can basically control the world by controling the computers! Imagine, instead of wars, just taking over a country’s economy, and you could completely control the media for what everyone hears. Unlike the other powers, this one can do the most good for man kind if used correctly. If in the wrong hands, it could lead to total world domination, but I would use it to bring world peace in a Miss America type fashion.

  26. Lisa (aka lmr722) on August 28th, 2007 5:49 pm

Definitely time-space continuum and like others, I’d go back and give my teenage self a good talking to. First and foremost piece of advice to past me… never light up that first cigarette.

  27. Jackie on August 28th, 2007 5:50 pm

Totally Claire’s power. Then I wouldn’t have to have a fear of heights anymore!

I would probably find the highest tower around me and just jump off. That would cure my fear for sure if I couldn’t die! lol

  28. Jillyree on August 28th, 2007 5:51 pm

I think I’d want the invisibility superpower. That way, I could get past all those people that annoy me without having to talk to them, and I could sneak into John Krasinski’s trailer and snoop around…yeah, that’s it. Snoop around. I wouldn’t wait for him to come in at all…no, not me…

    So yeah, invisibility…that’d be it.

  29. Chris on August 28th, 2007 5:57 pm

From the choices in the poll i would choose the power to manipulate the space-time continuum. Just use it pretty much like everyone else, travel, bet on sports, all that good stuff. The one I’d really like to have is the power that that girl had in the diner that Hiro fell in love with, the power to learn anything instantly. The ability to be able to learn to do anything would be awesome. You could be a sportsman, a rock star and a brainiac all at the same time. Thats Gold!

  30. Erin on August 28th, 2007 6:06 pm

I think spontaneous regeneration would be great so that you could rescue others in danger without being at risk yourself. To do heroic things that policeman and fireman do every day is a pretty cool power.

  31. Liz on August 28th, 2007 6:16 pm

Invisibility for me too! No more life’s most embarrassing moments!

  32. Lisa on August 28th, 2007 6:34 pm

i would absolutely take the time travel power…

i would head back to the time of Jane Austen and see what she was really about… she was smart and sassy- the kind of woman i’d like to have as a friend. plus, i love the era.

imagine all the cool people you’d get to meet.

  33. Kim on August 28th, 2007 6:37 pm

i wanted time travel…to skip past grad school!

  34. Michelle on August 28th, 2007 6:43 pm

I’d want to technopath like Michah. Imagine being able to just touch something and make it work.

Forget winning the lottery…every ATM and slot machine would pour itself out to me. I’d use the money to help those who need it, and I could be one of those wealthy GMMR readers that could help.

I could control Fox, ABC, CBS, NBC, etc and make the shows that deserve a chance stay on the air longer.

I’d make ticketing machines spit out Red Sox tickets to those of us who can’t affort scalper prices so everyone has a chance to see them win the World Series again.

I would bring peace to those who don’t have it, and find ways to torture my ex from afar. Hey, a girl can dream, can’t she?!?

  35. Alyssa on August 28th, 2007 7:04 pm

Flying- so I can travel all over the world without having to go on a plane! Now only if that came with the power of moving luggage from place to place!

  36. Cass on August 28th, 2007 7:07 pm

I’d want to read minds so that I could figured out what people actually thought about me and who actually likes who

  37. Carli on August 28th, 2007 7:22 pm

Definitely predict the future! Think of all the bad we could stop from happening and lives that could be saved.

  38. Shannon on August 28th, 2007 7:30 pm

    Fly….I would fly. :o)

  39. Amanda on August 28th, 2007 7:36 pm

Spontaneous Regeneration. Because then I could be as fearless as I was as a kid and not worry about getting killed in a car crash. Especially living in Vegas since the people drive like maniacs here!

  40. Purple Belt on August 28th, 2007 8:02 pm

I would probably like to have the flying thing. I mean, you could go anywhere you needed and do it lickety split! The ones about changing your past or being able to discover secrets would reveal the OCD in me and constantly have me in “redo” mode and therefore not able to enjoy the PRESENT. Flying just enhances your experiences, allowing you to get things done AAAAANNND have a nice little visit to the destination of your choice. Plus, it would save me from high gas prices, car insurance, auto repair/maintenance and traffic jams. Ding, ding, ding!!! We HAVE a winner!

  41. Jules on August 28th, 2007 9:19 pm

I think I would want to be invisible. I spent a lot of my life feeling like I was because no one would pay attention to me. Now in the line of work I do, you have to stand out to make a difference, but so much depends on what goes on behind the scenes. I’d like to be able to “drop-in” on those unannounced meetings, whether it be from supporters or opposition, and get the behind the scenes information to help stand myself and the organization I work for stand out and be ahead of the game.

  42. magstress on August 28th, 2007 10:05 pm

I would love to have the power of spontaneous regeneration like Claire. I think it would be so freeing knowing that you could not get permanently hurt.

  43. Chris C on August 28th, 2007 10:14 pm

My powers of regeneration would be used for the amusement of friends and family. “Hey look, watch me jump off the house!” “Hey, watch me crash your car into that giant tree!” “Knife through my hand? No problem!” See…fun stuff!

  44. Em on August 28th, 2007 10:19 pm

Space-time continuum – I’d go back to 2000 and resolve the ballot issues that helped Bush get elected!

  45. Casey on August 28th, 2007 10:47 pm

I would definitely want to be able to read minds because then I could just telepathically read the answers to my tests from my teachers mind. And with me taking 6 advanced classes and the SATs this year, that would be pretty darn helpful!

  46. jay on August 28th, 2007 11:08 pm

spontaneous regeneration. The ability to be able to help a fellow people, despite the circumstances, burning buildings, for instance, without thought of permanent harm to myself. As Clare did, when she rescued someone from the fire.
I know this sounds brave, but it isn’t. Hopefully, I would just have less fear, and just do what needs to be done.

  47. Mel on August 28th, 2007 11:57 pm

I’d like to have the power to touch someone, and know all the things they know. Not necessarily their feelings, per say, but the knowledge and information and wisdom they’ve acquired throughout their lives. I’d love to tap into that acumen and try to comprehend the depths of others.

  48. Amy on August 29th, 2007 3:30 am

I’d love to fly. The first thing I’d do is fly to see my brother and his family in South Carolina. Then, I would take a trip around the world.

  49. Echo on August 29th, 2007 5:02 am

As someone who was without internet all weekend, I picked technopath. The ability to not only ‘heal’ all my technology, but make it do whatever I want? That’s power.

  50. Anne on August 29th, 2007 8:04 am

I think Peter’s power is the best, he seems to absorb everyone else’s power, but he wasn’t on the list. So I chose Claire’s regenerating power, cuz come on that is just cool. Never would paper cut hurt me again!

  51. Harper on August 29th, 2007 8:16 am

It’s tough to choose from so many wonderful powers but I chose the ability to fly. As someone who spends so much time driving, the ability to fly would be terrific. I travel to dance competition’s during the dance season and since my daughter doesn’t weigh that much I could grab her, fly over to wherever the competition is, drop her off, zoom back and pick up all the costumes, luggage, etc. It might take a few trips but the sheer fun of flying would be worth it.

  52. theEvilAngel on August 29th, 2007 9:05 am

If I could predict the future… I’d want to know how school, relationships, and etc would turn out so I could relax and enjoy them now!

  53. Michelle on August 29th, 2007 9:23 am

Regeneration: I would live my life a little less carefully… honestly i’m such a clutz..it would just come in handy 🙂

love your site (lurker, first time comment)

  54. Nicole on August 29th, 2007 9:40 am

I’d choose Hiro’s power of manipulating the space time continuum, just so I could go back and spend time with people I’ve lost along the way, like my aunt who died suddenly last year. There are a lot of things I would like to say to her face to face that I never got the chance to say. And it would be cool to visit with my great-grandparents who died a long time ago, or just visit another era.

  55. Emily on August 29th, 2007 9:48 am

Invisibility would be useful in sooo many ways! Hiding from my boss or that annoying co-worker, hunting down terrorists for the government, and would make for a great game of hide and seek with my dog. 🙂

  56. Kimberly on August 29th, 2007 10:08 am

Manipulate time…I would move closer to my family but then still be able to keep my current job…shorten my commute to work. Or maybe move to Hawaii and commute from there…

  57. Cips Little Bro on August 29th, 2007 11:00 am

Manipulating time and space. I’d head to the future and see who has more hair in 10 years. Me or Chris.

  58. Post-it Thief on August 29th, 2007 11:24 am

I’m a psychology major, so reading minds would kind of come in handy.
I would also move to Hollywood and lurk outside all the places where tv screenwriters work and use my newfound information there to become the new Kristen or Ausiello with all of the awesome spoilers I would find. Basically, that would rock.

  59. Gina on August 29th, 2007 11:54 am

I picked invisability. I would just love to be in the oval office on Bush’s last day of the presidency. I would really mess with him, being invisable and all!

  60. aBookworm on August 29th, 2007 11:58 am

I love Hiro’s power the best. I feel it’s also the most powerful. He can change the present completely and affect the future by going back in time and altering key events. If I had his power and that sword, I’d use it to eliminate some key bad figures in history and help erase some extremely painful memories.

  61. stripeTG on August 29th, 2007 12:36 pm

I think I would like to fly, so I could get over my fear of heights. If I had Peter’s power, I could take my wife for flight. I know she would start thinking-singing like Lois Lane, “Can You Read My Mind?” Being like I Peter, I could reply, “Yes I can.”

  62. Alyson on August 29th, 2007 12:41 pm

I would predict the future, because there are so many problems out there today that could have been prevented (at least partially) if we had known what would happen in the future — i.e. global warming. Who knows if the Holocaust would have happened if people knew where Hitler’s actions would eventually lead? There’s always that chance that people would not believe you, but at least you’d be trying to make the world a better place.

  63. Stacy on August 29th, 2007 12:44 pm

I would choose to be invisible. I seem to say stuff at the wrong time. That way, I can say oops, and then fade away to invisibility.

  64. Aron on August 29th, 2007 1:31 pm

I would choose Hiro’s power of bending the space/time continuum. As a matter of fact, if I were Hiro, I would travel back in time to 2002 to the first season of Scrubs. I would then freeze time at a crucial scene with Zach Braff and Franklyn the nerdy lab tech. Next I would replace myself (2007 Future Hiro with deep voice, soulpatch, ponytail, and sword) with Franklyn (2002 Masi Oka) and tell him to Save Mandy Moore and Save the World.

  65. Mexicanity on August 29th, 2007 1:37 pm

I would def want to fly, I could make it to work faster and not have to worry about traffic or gas for that matter. I could also visit my family who doesn’t live near me more often! Oh and being able to see the world every day from that vantage point would be priceless!!!

  66. J Zilber on August 29th, 2007 2:46 pm

Read minds — I’d be able to figure out what I was thinking!

  67. Meggie on August 29th, 2007 3:34 pm

I would go back to one fateful day…. 9/11.

  68. AMM on August 29th, 2007 3:42 pm

Manipulate time – I would go back and make sure my parents house didn’t burn down 2 years ago. It was a sad period in my family’s life, especially for my dad.

(My best friend in HS wrote a wrote series of stories about me having Isaac’s power of painting the future – I still have them)

  69. Marie on August 29th, 2007 4:00 pm

I would want to manipulate the space-time continuum. In May 2005, my husband and I were planning to bring our 2 boys to visit the Mass./Rhode Island area, where much of my family lives. (We live in Kansas near my husband’s parents & other relatives.) Our flights were booked for May 12, 2005. On May 8, my father died in his sleep, in Massachusetts. He wasn’t in wonderful health, but it was still sudden and unexpected. It’s cliche to say “I didn’t get to say goodbye,” but more than that, he was cremated before I got back to Mass., so his death didn’t seem “real” to me, and I also had to do 90% of the funeral planning by phone from Kansas before flying east.

So, if I could manipulate the space-time continuum as Hiro can, the first thing I would do would go back to Mass., around May 6, 2005. Hiro went back in time, then found that he couldn’t save Charlie anyway. Even if that were true for me as well, I could spend time with my father before his death, and I could see him after he passes, and have a greater sense of closure than I did two years ago.

  70. Becky on August 29th, 2007 4:19 pm

Flying. My 3 year old (he’ll be 4 next month) is obsessed with all of the superheroes. I can only imagine if I could fly him around everywhere how awesome that would be for him. Just like Superman.

Of course I would need a superpower to get rid of my fear of heights. But other than that…..

  71. Krock on August 29th, 2007 5:06 pm

I would actually prefer the power of suggestion but that wasn’t included.

However, if I had Micah’s powers I could hook myself up to ATM and get some moola. So that I could quit my job and go back to school full time.

  72. Gracie on August 29th, 2007 6:52 pm

I would like to be able to read minds. I think that being able to know what someone else is thinking about you or about a situation would allow me to figure out how to help them. They say that other people are the best mirrors for your true self and if I knew exactly what people were thinking about me, I’d be able to change myself for the better. I’d also probably know how to get on everybody’s good side, which is always nice. I’d be able to pick out whether or not I’m being lied to too. Not only that, it would also probably do for some pretty neat party tricks as well. Although knowing what everybody truly thinks would probably be scarring to my ego, I think it would certainly tone down my self-centered mindset and I know once I break down and face my own selfishness and pride I’d probably be able to face anything.

  73. Shelby on August 29th, 2007 9:03 pm

I would pick ‘phasing through solid objects’ in order to perfect my ability to sneak into the house past curfew.

  74. Melody on August 30th, 2007 1:23 am

I would manipulate the time space continuum so that I could follow Josh Groban around the world on his 2007 Awake World Tour. Then I could see his concerts over and over again as I am a proud full fledged Grobanite.

  75. Jami on August 30th, 2007 10:21 am

Initially, I’ve always said I would love to be a telekinetic, but I am picking DL’s power of phasing through objects since it would help me achieve the same goal. I’d run right out in front of some of the speeders in our neighborhood and give them the fright of their life! Maybe that would get them to slow down before someone hits a child in here.
There ya go, I can only use my powers for good. 🙂

  76. Todd on August 30th, 2007 11:43 am

There are so many more positives to Invisibility than I could even start to list here…

  77. Stephanie on August 30th, 2007 12:21 pm

I would be invisible and then I’d go all over the world to find Osama Bin Laden. Listen, it may not be the most glamorous goal — but once I captured him, who would be the real hero?

  78. Steph on August 30th, 2007 3:01 pm

Reading minds. I’d just love to creep people out with that…

  79. Jessica on August 30th, 2007 4:13 pm

If I could manipulate the space-time continuum, I’d go back in time and change the bad decisions I made, make sure my loved ones did not get sick, and save the people I lost.

The worst one…My mom started (who is my best friend) getting very sick in Oct. of 2005. She ended up in the hospital in Jan. 2006 after losing A LOT of weight and not being able to get out of bed. She had a huge leg abscess removed, along with her gall bladder and one kidney, in which she had a kidney stone lodged, and the kidney was pretty much “dead.” We almost lost her and were very lucky that she was able to recover, but for months she had to stay in a rehabilitation center to learn to walk again. She got to the point in which she could walk on her own, without her walker. However, this was the first Christmas in my whole life that I spent without her.

That following July, she started getting really bad back pains that got so bad that she could not get out of bed and again lost A LOT of weight. We found out she had a compression fracture (four vertebrae in her back were damaged). She again went to the hosptial and then had to start walking rehab. all over again. While in the hospital, she was kept longer because the doctor found that her heart was beating too slowly and irregularly. She again had to go into physical therapy rehabilitation and after a lot of work, recovered and was able to walk on her own.

Then in January 2007 my mom landed in the hospital again. After having continuous attacks of vomiting she got very dehydrated and we finally took her to the ER. She went back THREE DAYS IN A ROW before they finally admitted her. A few days later she had a heart attack. Had they not admitted her, we probably would have lost her. She had to have two operations to unclog the blockages in her heart. She also went back to being unable to without her walker again, and just recently started walking on her own.

I cannot even tell you how many times we went to and how many hours we spent in the ER. In 2007, I tried to count each time we went and it got close to 15 or 20.

We found out that all of this was caused by a condition called hyperparathyroidism. This is when her parathyroid starts producing too much calcium. It lead to osteoporosis as well, which contributed to her back problem, and also caused the kidney and gallbladder problems, and most likely the heart attack. She needed to have part of her parathyroid removed. This was caught several years before she got sick and she should have had it removed way back then, but I knew nothing of this; she didn’t tell me b/c she didn’t want me to worry.

SO, after my long story, the first thing I would do is go back and find out EXACTLY when it was discovered that she needed her parathyroid removed, and have it done right away so she wouldn’t have had to go through all of that. She and her body are so strong; I can’t believe how much she’s gone through and how relatively well she still is. She can do much on her own, she’s just not as healthy as she used to be.

On October 3rd, she is FINALLY getting her parathyroid removed, and this should (hopefully) clear up many of her problems, the main one being a dangerously high calcium level that has contributed to her illnesses. Please keep her in your thoughts.

I would worry that going back in time (or forward) would mess up the future (or past), but each power has its own good and bad aspects, and I think being able to do this for my mom would be worth it.

If I were a technopath like Micha I would use my powers only for good…specifically, to fix/prevent the many technical glitches that occur in my apartment on a regular basis. Plus, I could totally use my technological awesomeness without revealing my powers to the world. So, win-win.

I would want to be able to manipulate the space-time continuum. First thing I would do is go back to my freshman year of college and do it all over again, but very differently! I graduated a year and some months ago and I really really miss college and want to give it another try because I don’t think I took enough chances and lived up the whole college life.

I’d definitely pick Manipulate the space-time continuum. Then I would go to the future and check all the new technology……AND STEAL IT!!!!

    Hi GMMR!

Spontaneous regeneration, without a doubt. Not only would I never need to bother with Neosporin again (scars be-gone!) I’d like to think that such a gift would help me to challenge some of my fears.

Plus, if I was ever in a situation where I could help someone, I wouldn’t have to think twice or worry about bodily harm.

Thanks for keeping this site fantastic…it’s one of my favorites – I’ll confess it, I’m a dedicated lurker, but thought I’d come out of the woodwork for this special occasion. 😉

    Happy pilot season, everyone!

I’ll go with spontaneous regeneration just so I could go out and do a bunch of crazy things (skydiving, bungee jumping, etc.) without the fear of hurting myself.

I would read minds. I’d see who is in need of help but too afraid to say anything and help them.

Manipulating Time – Late for class, just stop time, walk leisurely then start it when you get there. I’d never be late again haha I could get up like a minute before I have to be anywhere, no more 6.30am wake up calls!

You wouldnt need to fly, you could just be there, you wouldnt need to predict the future, you could just go to it, sponatneous regeneration would be cool but f**n painful, and the rest in reality wouldnt be that great, i dont wanna know wat people REALLY think…. scary….

    😀

I think flying would be pretty awesome. I mean, no need to spend money on airline tickets, just pack a backpack and go!

Invisibility, so I can eavesdrop on people’s conversations.

I think the choices are obvious.

Spontaneous regeneration or manipulating the space time continuum. You could fly with the latter, so no need for that power.

Also, if you were to choose peter’s power, you wouldn’t have any powers unless someone else had one. Not a good choice.
