PRIVATE PRACTICE Casting Spoiler

Looks like Addison Montgomery might be getting a new love interest on PRIVATE PRACTICE. But just who is it? Well, he’s good looking…a good actor…and was loathed by many on his last series for always being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Interested? Find out after the jump.

Ladies and gentleman the newest cast member on Private Practice is David Sutcliffe!!! Sutcliffe is best known for his role as Christopher, Rory’s father and Lorelai’s ex on ‘Gilmore Girls’.

According to Michael Ausiello, Sutcliffe will be coming on board as a love interest for Addison (Kate Walsh). Looks like things with Addie and Pete aren’t going to go as we all thought they would…at least for now.

Anyone else as excited as I am to see David in this new role, or will you still loathe the man that broke up Lorelai and Luke?

    This makes me all kinds of happy!!! I always loved David Sutcliffe (and Christopher) so to get to see him again on another show is very exciting! Lets hope that they will give him another type of role…I want to see him win the girl this time!

    I AM BEYOND HAPPY! I loved Christopher (but not with Lorelai) and I absolutely adore David Sutcliffe. I’m thinkin’ David and Kate Walsh are going to have some mad chemistry. I could be wrong, but let’s all hope they do.

    I think David is just the thing to make my interest in Private Practice come back.

    I’m super stoked to be able to see David Sutcliffe on tv again. That is one charming man. I loved him as Christopher and I’m sure he’ll be equally, if not more, adorable in Shonda Rhimes’ hands.

    No. Freaking. Way! First Edward Herman’s on Grey’s and now Sutcliffe on Private Practice. Those Gilmore guys are really getting around! And even though I still continue to HATE Christopher, I’m excited to see Sutcliffe on my TV again. He’s a great actor, and well, he’s pretty too.

    Oh, oh and who else was super excited that Edna from Everwood was on last night’s Private Practice?! Now if only Gregory Smith (Ephram) could stop by…

    I always liked Christopher…just not with Lorelei…hopefully he will make Addison happy and there will not be an annoying love triangle between Addison, the acupuncturist, and him.

    I think that Dell needs a love interest. I nominate myself!
