Little Cindy Lou Who has left Whoville for the Upper East Side! Taylor Momsen played little Cindy when she was just 7 years old, and now at the ripe old age of 14 she stars as Jenny Humphrey on GOSSIP GIRL.

It’s funny. I never would have put that together on my own, yet as soon as I saw that picture I knew who it was. Though I guess having seen the new episode last night, I still had a clear picture of Jenny in my mind.
I thought it was Julie from Friday Night Lights. Sure looks like her.
