24 Will Be Back This Fall…Sort Of

Fans of the show 24 were devastated when it was announced that the seventh season of the show was pushed back a full year as a result of the WGA strike. But now there’s some news out of Hollywood that should help appease the pain. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Fox will be airing a 2 hour “24” prequel this Fall. “The movie, designed to bridge the two-year gap between Seasons 6 and 7, is targeted to air in the fall, leading to the January return of the real-time drama.”

24 fans now having something to look forward to and to hold them over until January 2008.

    Of course they’ll leave us with a huge cliffhanger after the 2 hour premier and leave us all wondering what will happen until January. That’s just the 24 way. I don’t like waiting a full week to find out what happens, let alone a few months. That’s usually why we wait for the DVD’s to come out and do 24 marathons. The only problem is that it’s so addicting, we usually don’t sleep for a week until we watch the whole season.
