CBS Announces 2008 Fall Premiere Dates

Anyone else giddy with excitement over just the announcement of the Fall premiere dates? Today CBS released their ’08 launch dates and my calendar has already been marked. My two favorite CBS shows, THE BIG BANG THEORY and HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, will be back on September 22nd with a few newbie premiering later in the week. CSI won’t kick off its 9th season until October 9th due to conflicts with Presidential debates.

Once again CBS is going to seriously piss me off by launching THE AMAZING RACE on Sunday nights meaning that it will continually be delayed by the NFL and 60 MINUTES. Nothing like having to set your DVR to record for a full hour after the show ends just in case it runs over.  I can’t tell you how many times over the past two seasons that I missed the ending of THE AMAZING RACE because my DVR stopped recording.  Argh. (Oh the trials and tribulations in my life)
