Will Sarah Palin Spoof Tina Fey?
October 6, 2008 by Kath Skerry
Two can play at this game. Despite some harsh words from the McCain camp over Tina Fey’s spoof on Sarah Palin during the past few weeks on SNL, it looks like the Republican VP herself will be taking on Tina Fey and spoofing the writer/actress during an upcoming episode of SNL.The Chicago Sun Times is reporting that it’s in the works to have Palin spoof Fey’s American Express commercials in an upcoming episode. But as SNL is a repeat this week, don’t be surprised if Palin shows up on SNL’s inaugural episode of its new Thursday, primetime edition of “Weekend Update” which airs this Thursday at 9:30pm on NBC.
I don’t know about you, but I say forget the AmEx ads and do a 30 ROCK spoof…complete with outspoken Democrat, Alec Baldwin. Now that I’d love to see!

When she spoke in Omaha last night she made a comment about giving Tina Fey more material and being job security for SNL 🙂
It would be interesting to see if she indeed spoofs Tina Fey. But, Tina is a born witty and smart comedienne, don’t think Palin can top Fey’s performance.
Tina Fey is so out of Sarah’s league that she’ll only make a fool out of herself.

Thank for articles. I’ve been searching around Sarah Palin related article.
[…] Alec Baldwin joined in on the funny. When we heard the rumor that Palin was going to be guesting we had hoped that Baldwin would make an appearance. Someone at SNL is clearly reading this blog. (Ok, probably […]
