TV Talk Podcast…Did You Miss It?
November 24, 2008 by Kath Skerry
I had four emails from people today who heard via Twitter that a new TV Talk Podcast had been launched. As much as I love you all for following me on Twitter. (twitter.com/gmmr), why didn’t you think to come here and look for the podcast? Silly rabbits!
Yes, in case you missed it. The TV Talk Podcast, Episode #32 was released on to the world.
Have you listened? Thoughts? Comments? Any improvements we can make? (Sorry but there is just not anything I can do about my obnoxious laugh…I was born that way.) Have you left your thoughts over on our iTunes page? We are nearing 100 comments!!

Hey Kath!
I listened to the podcast in it’s entirety last night and loved it – you guys kill me. So excited to have been name-checked too, even if Ducky was questioning my knowledge of Supernatural’s next new episode date (incidentally, January 15th, 2009). I’ll admit for a second I got nervous and double-checked my info though. 🙂
Btw – Pacey Witter and Veronica Mars? Be still my heart…that would be unbelievable.
i love the podcast – but you CAN NOT sniffle through it please! It’s like nails on a chalkboard! Just take a sec and blow your nose next time, please! for all of us!
I love the Pacey and Veronica Mars pairing too. Veronica Mars was the hottest girl on TV. I can’t watch Kristin Bell on Heroes. That show sucks.
The intro was so funny that I listened to it three times so far. I love everytime i see that you guys have a new podcast.
Any chance you might have any inside scoop on Castle by the time your next podcast comes around?
The sniffling was not bad. You were sick. The person above is being a little bit dramatic.
Aaahhahahahaahahha people calling out your sniffling. Genius. What can ya do?
Just listened to the PD bit of the podcast … *sniff sniff*. I’m with Kath, though (sorry Dan!). I wanted to see the storyline play out, and it’s painful to know that Bryan Fuller had big plans, and probably some awesome storylines to come. I got into one of his other shows, Wonderfalls, this past summer, and watching the DVDs was a real treat. It was given worse play than PD, I think, and only a scant few episodes aired before its cancelation. But on the DVD commentaries Bryan talks about his plans for it, and that he had a season three storyline in the works, and what was going to happen with the characters. So I feel he must have had those same plans for the PD people, and it saddens me to know it won’t happen.
I do agree with Dan about shows going off before they “die horrible deaths”. This is what happened with Crossing Jordan, at least in my opinion. It was great the first few seasons, and then the last few were awful and the storylines made no sense and dragged on. I agree with both of you, though, in that no PD = no Anna, Lee, Cheno, and Chi is what makes me most sad. I fell head over heels for Anna (and the other cast, to a lesser degree), and to not see her bring Chuck to life on my TV is going to be a grim, grim future.
Thanks for answering all my Qs! You guys are awesome 🙂
