“No, basic demolition is what we to each other at dinner, after we’ve had copious amounts of wine!”
Brothers and Sisters are back this week with bang and heap of construction/destruction. Hey GMMRers, Jamie with you all once again to survey the drama and damage created by our favorite dysfunctional family the Walker’s.
This week Nora recruits the family to demo the interior her new house aka the “Center.” Kitty and Robert take another scary step towards adoption. Steven Weber was back this week as Graham makes Sarah an amazing offer. Holly finally pushes Tommy to his limit when she offers Rebecca a high level executive position at the winery without consulting him and he finally takes Saul up on his offer to get rid of Holly from Ojia. Oh the drama.

appy first Monday back to school/work/life after Thanksgiving. My mind is still on vacation and a good night jam packed with TV is just what the doctor ordered.
Two quick note before we get into things. (1) A reminder that there is a brand new episode of PRIVILEGED airing on The CW after GOSSIP GIRL. Make sure your DVR is set so you don’t miss it. (2) THE BIG BANG THEORY and HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER are repeats tonight. As much as Monday night’s overwhelm me, I’m sad that I won’t have new eps. Clearly I’m a sadist.
Now on to the cornucopia of TV that is Monday night.
Chuck | 8pm on NBC
Casey is shocked when he discovers that his sensei is now one of the most wanted rogue agents; Captain Awesome’s parents Honey (Morgan Fairchild) and Woody (Bruce Boxleitner) visit to help him and Ellie plan their wedding.
Gossip Girl | 8pm on The CW
Blair and Chuck make a bet that they can find the perfect dates for each other for the annual Snowflake Ball; Aaron’s ex-girlfriend expresses interest in Dan, creating conflicting feelings for Serena.
Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles | 8pm on Fox
Cameron’s surprising, secret life is revealed; history changes when a terminator is sent back to the wrong time. [GMMR: Damn! Now I’m intrigued to know about Cameron’s surprising, secret life. I wish I didn’t have to quit you, T:SCC.]
Privileged | 9pm on The CW
Laurel visits an old flame; Megan grounds Rose as punishment for planning to cheat on her final; Charlie has second thoughts about moving in with Mandy; Charlie’s cousin gets a job working with Marco.
Prison Break | 9pm on Fox
Michael has to hold the team together after one of their own betrays them; T-Bag gets a new partner who blackmails Gretchen.
Heroes | 9pm on NBC
Sylar and Elle face off against H.R.G while Claire struggles to survive; Nathan makes a shocking decision; Sam, Ando and Frack try to get Hiro’s memory back.
Samantha Who? | 9:00pm & 9:30 on ABC
Ep #1:Samantha pretends to be environmentally conscious in order to impress her boyfriend, Owen.
Ep#2: (Um SPOILER ALERT?!) After getting her heart broken, Samantha goes on vacation with Andrea and Dena; Samantha runs into an old flame, and gets jealous when Andrea makes a move on him.
Boston Legal | 10pm on ABC
Denny gets a disturbing prognosis about the progression of his Alzheimer’s disease; Catherine Piper returns; Jerry and Katie take on the case of a student fighting to keep her acceptance to Harvard.
What are YOU watching tonight?
GMMR: On the Set of PRIVILEGED

Visiting the set of one of your favorite television shows is always a bit surreal. You walk into a building and you are immediately engulfed in a world that you have only seen on your TV screen. What looks like massive rooms on-camera turn out be tiny little half wall sets. What appears to be a gorgeous outdoor garden turns out to be fake trees strategically placed for the best camera angles. What seems like a whole world on TV ends up feeling small and functional when you are on set.
But then something really cool happens. You settle in, the director says “Action!” and you look through these tiny monitors…and there’s the magic. The universe of your TV shows comes to life through these monitors and things look just like they do from the comfort of your couch. It’s about this time you realize just how very cool the whole process is.
I’ve been lucky to visit a number of TV sets over the past few years, and it’s never lost its thrill. I’m a dork – this I know and acknowledge – but going behind-the-scenes of a show I love never, and I mean never, gets old. It’s one of those tings I don’t take for granted…believe me.
All this lead up to share with you some of the sights and sounds and people I met when I recently spent the day on the set of my new favorite show of this past TV season – PRIVILEGED.
DEXTER: Go Your Own Way

Wow! What an episode. Let’s get started ASAP!
The driving force of this episode was Dex and Prado trying to get leverage on each other. Earlier in the season, I talked about how it seemed to me that the two of them were on different lines, Dex going up and Miguel going down. They met in the middle, with the first tandem murder, and since then the descent for Miguel has been a quick one, all the while Dexter keeps learning more about himself and inching closer and closer to a new plateau in his life. The scene on the roof tonight was sort of the beginning of the end for Miguel, the end we all know he will meet. I was impressed by the fact that Dexter wasn’t so quick to want to kill him and was looking for a more diplomatic solution to the problem. But, threatening Deb and then Rita was the last straw. It’s over for Prado. The only questions now are how will it happen and how many dead bodies will there be in the end.
Sorry, that was a little film noir-ish. But, it’s the truth. Who knows, other than Dexter, who could end up dead at the end of all of this?
DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES: Me and My Town

Hey guys! I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and enjoyed the new episode of Desperate Housewives; I know I did.
Rather than go through the episode housewife- by- housewife like I usually do I thought I’d share what I liked and maybe didn’t really like about last night’s episode. Then it’s your turn.
Overall, I thought it was pretty good. It seems like the fallout from the club fire is going to be the driving force behind the storylines for the next few weeks. I’m okay with this because tonight’s events felt organic; as long as things don’t get melodramatic the storylines will keep my attention.
