Well it’s none other than Georgina Sparks! That saucy little bitchy minx will be returning to the Upper East Side?  Is she a changed woman?  Will she be in town for good…or evil? Georgina doesn’t return to GOSSIP GIRL until April 27th, but new episodes of GG will be airing starting March 16th. I can’t wait!!
