Save CHUCK – It’s The Final(e) Countdown

This is it. The season finale of CHUCK. NBC has not yet made the decision if our show will be returning next season or not. The ratings for tonight’s season finale will play a big part, so it’s crucial that not only YOU watch but you try to get some newbies in front of their TVs watching CHUCK live tonight on NBC at 8pm.

There’s been an overwhelming amount of support for CHUCK over the past few weeks. We here at GMMR have joined forces with TV critics, fan sites and others to show our support for this fantastic show. I’ve heard from the cast, crew and creative team of CHUCK as well as representatives from NBC and Warner Bros – all have felt the support. I truly believe everyone hopes things will go our way and CHUCK will return for a third season next year. But it might be a few weeks until the final decision has been made. You might hear rumors of a pick up and news from “top secret” sources.  Be patient. If and when word of S3 is announced it will come from a reputable source – on the record. Until then keep on keepin’ on.

Before we get to next season, we need to get through tonight. Once again I thought it might be best to remind everyone how they can help support CHUCK. Feel free to add your own suggestions in the comments.

What can YOU do to support CHUCK?

• Tune in: Watch CHUCK (live) tonight at 8pm on NBC. If you want to watch live with other CHUCK fans, join us for our LIVE Chuck Season Finale Chat starting at 7:45pm EST tonight. Set a reminder now.

• Recruit New Nerd Herders: Tonight’s season finale is a bit of a “game-changer” that will set us up for new adventures in the third season.  This is a perfect episode to get newbies hooked on our show. Tell your friends to give the show a shot tonight. If they need to get up to speed on CHUCK, tell them to check out “Chuck: The Basics” and share this video with them…it should help:

• Flood the ‘net: CHUCK has an amazing online fanbase, so get out their and use the power of the internet to show your support of CHUCK.  Dedicate your Facebook status updates to remind everyone to watch CHUCK tonight at 8pm.  Send out those Twitters (use #savechuck with your Twitter updates). Send Twitter messages to @NBC in support of the show. Ask Twitter influencers like @aplusk, @mrskutcher, @perezhilton, @ewpopwatch, @ewausiellofiles, to pass on word of the campaign to others.
