Kris Allen: ‘The Way You Look Tonight’…Was Pretty Damn Fine

Still swooning over Kris Allen’s performance of “The Way You Look Tonight”. I still get the feeling that the producers want The Gokey in the finals with Adam more than they do Kris. I don’t understand why. I think Kris has a much broader appeal as a “package artist”. Oh well. Here’s to hoping the rest of the voting audience is loving him as much as I am.

    I would swoon with you GMMR if I was a bit younger ( he has such a baby face) but I am definitely a fan of Kris, I really have enjoyed his performances more than any other contestant. I like Danny too, but I think I prefer Kris’s style of music better, I would buy that album over a Danny album. Not sure if the producer’s have an affection for Danny over Kris, because I can’t help but notice how in love everyone is (producers, judges) with Adam it overshadows everything else.

    I would much prefer Kris over Danny in the finals. I think his music is more current. more genuine, and I don’t get that cocky, kind of icky vibe that I get from Gokey.

    I love Kris. He’s talented, artistic, relevent, and he’s been amazing for several weeks running. Danny and Matt don’t even compare.

    I also LOVE Kris. I actually voted for the first time ever last night. Many times over may I add 🙂 I really hope him and Adam are in the final. I wish Kris had a chance to win. Both are awesome anyhow!

    I am a HUGE Kris Allen fan! He’s been a favorite of mine since the beginning. I honestly like Kris, Danny, and Adam. I know for sure that Adam will be in the finale but I would be content to have either Kris or Danny w/ him in the finale. I think the three of them are great! And I would buy Kris’ album in a heartbeat. Anyway, this was yet another lovely performance by Kris 🙂

    I’m with all of you who say to get “The Gokey” outta there. I realize he’s had some major heartache in his life, but I can’t imagine buying a CD of his. He sounds the same to me in every song he sings! I would rather have had Lil and/or Anoop make it through higher than Gokey. I am for ADAM all the way. He is just too irresistable. Kris is my second favorite!! Isn’t it crazy how we love these guys?!!? 🙂
