And since I’m on a bit of a Travis Wall high right now, please forgive me for being an absolute dork but I had to share my favorite pic with Travis as well as an excerpt of one of the most fun nights I have ever had…and Travis Wall just happened to be a part of it. I’ve shared it before, but selfishly I like to relive the night from time to time!

What?! That video was amazing. I loved J&J’s dance but that other video of Travis, Ivan, Benji and Ryan dancing was crazy. Was that Nick and Lacey in the back? DId I see Hok?
My favourite dance of the night too! It was fantastic! I’m so glad the judges liked it, and appreciated Travis’ journey to becoming choreographer.
I’m going to get killed here, but I didn’t like the routine as much as I wanted to. I adore Travis and I think he’s extremely talented. Jeanine is also one of my favorite dancers this season. BUT, I would have liked the routine better without the chain/heart pendant prop. I found it incredibly distracting and took me out of the emotion of the piece. Also, the skimpy/flowy babydoll dress they had Jeanine in with the matching panties bugged me. I watched it again today and still did not like it nearly as much as Mia’s “addiction routine” from last week. Now that routine really got to me.
You’re not going to get killed here, Lisa. It’s all a matter of opinion, and if J&J’s dance didn’t resonate with you it’s fine. It’s fine that you are an idiot! Ha ha…I kid, I kid. Dancing is a very subjective thing and we’re not always going to like the same thing. It’s all good. And I’m with you on the “Addiction” routine – so fab!

i love travis so much that i hate that i actually have a couple of criticisms…
i thought certain elements were just too literal. the heart necklace/ “let me give you my heart,” business… it’s in the lyrics. people understand the fact that she’s rejecting him at first and then falling for him at the end. it was done well in the choreography to begin with. necklace= overkill. (the few seconds when they are both biting the necklace may have made it worth it). also i thought the sex at the end was too literal.
did anyone else notice how hard janine hit jason in the face 30 seconds into it??? i really want to know the story behind it!
I really agree with Lisa about the chain prop, it was unnecessary and distracting, but the dance was still incredible and Jeanine was finally showcased as one of the real talents this season. Jason is absurdly ABSURDLy cute but he’s never really delivered until last night. Jason and Caitlyn always reminded me of Matt and Kourtni last season – both excellent dancers but never showed any chemistry. Evan too is super cute but seems to fall a little short in almost every performance.
Kayla is incredible but she doesn’t seem to be picking up the votes. I’d bet on the final four being Jeanette, Jeanine, Brandon and Ade, with Ade as the surprise winner, like Josh over Twitch and Katee last year.
Can anybody tell me the name of that song the routine was danced to?

I too taught the kissing at the end was totally not nessacary. I hated that part. But i have to object on the chain part. To me it really showcased the meaning or the dance. I think the chain symbolised his love for her and how she really wanted it but knew it was wrong and was not ready for it.
I dont know but maybe the ending they should not have ended up together. thats just my opinion I dont know an I still think the kiss was definitely not needed. It made me jealous, I totally adore Jeanine, but thats not why I think the kiss was not needed, I mean its So U Think U can Dance not So U Think U can Make-Out. I wonder it Travis made the kissing part in the routein or if they just decided to kiss. I dont know but i still think the choreogrophy was good.
Jeanine is really really a good dancer. i really hope she wins but it seems to be either Janette or Brandon’s year, but fingures crossed for Jeanine. I adore Kayla to hope she make it too.
But Travis did really really good with the choreogrophy.
Loved the music too. A good song choice. So happy they got a standing ovation.

Stewart I agree with your final four but NOT that Josh was the surprise winner last season. Josh was my fave going into the top 20 and Katee was obviously a winner as well (why else would they all of a sudden add a prize for top girl?). Twitch got third, in my opinion, but they announced “who was not America’s Favorite Dancer” or however they put it so that they could have Katee “third” and have the time in the show to give her props. Twitch got no attention after Josh was announced the winner. Just my theory.
Sorry, I digress from this season. Back to the now.
Kupono and Evan are good but a little weak with the partnering sometimes (hit and miss). They both have some great routines, which is why they are in the top 10. Ade and Melissa haven’t had any personality coming through for me. I think that is why they were in the bottom two, because of their time in the top 20, not because of anything this week. Ade is doing better without Melissa, they didn’t seem like a good pairing for all those weeks.
I want to see Brandon and Janette back together. They make fireworks! I think Brandon can partner anyone well, actually. Much like Joshua. I think this competition is Brandon’s to lose (maybe to Janette as a surprise?). I really like Jeannine as well.

hmm..i wonder if jeanine and jason are an item?? im watching the finale part II right now and they recently just did this dance again and each time i see it i cant help but believe they are together. the passion in that kiss gave me goosebumps 🙂 what do you think?
I’m wondering if J & J are an item, too. She did say on the finale that the kiss was not in the choreography.
actually… jeanine revealed that the kiss was NOT choreographed … they are soo cute together… and yes im a bit jealous but automatically over it cuz anyways.. do you really think you actually have a chance with himÉ

i loved that dance i dnt know where but i would love to get a red heart necklace like the one they used please tell me if you find one like it if you are looking for one i found a really cool heart necklace onee is just like the one that they used but it is silver instead of red and one is a dark red sparkly one it is so cool
