10 Things I Hate About You | 8pm on ABC Family
“Fight For Your Right”
When their dad goes out of town, Bianca and Kat throw a party that includes karaoke, recycling bins and designated-driver wristbands. Among their guests: Chastity and Joey, who are at odds, and Patrick, who makes a surprise appearance.

Hell’s Kitchen | 8pm on Fox
The nine remaining chefs take a blind taste test. The winners score a dinner date with Chef Ramsay—in a darkened dining room where they can’t see what they’re eating. Later, meat and potatoes problems (raw meat and no potatoes) mar the dinner service.

Ruby & The Rockits | 8:30pm on ABC Family
“We Are Family?”
A magazine reporter follows David and Ruby on their father-daughter day; Jordan and Ben seek DNA samples to confirm David and Ruby’s genetic connection.

Shaq vs. | 9pm on ABC
“Shaq vs. Albert Puljos”
Shaquille challenges St. Louis Cardinals first baseman Albert Pujols to a home-run derby; Shaq throws out the first pitch at a game between the St. Louis Cardinals and the Cincinnati Reds. [GMMR: I haven’t seen any buzz about this show. Is anyone watching?]

Warehouse 13 | 9pm on Syfy
“Regrets”
Pete and Myka are sent to investigate a rash of unexplained suicides at a Florida prison; Claudia decides to change a light bulb with the help of an artifact.

Big Brother 11 | 9pm on CBS
Tonight the six remaining houseguests: Jeff, Jordan, Kevin, Michelle & Natalie compete in the power of veto competition. Rescue Me | 10pm on FX
“Drink”
Uncle Teddy appears surprisingly stoic after a staggering personal loss but eventually bursts at the seams; Janet and Sheila’s plan goes awry, leaving a trail of destruction in its wake.

Flipping Out | 10pm on Bravo
“Never Trust a Contractor”
Jeff takes charge after he loses trust with the contractors at his Buena Park job; Jeff wins a remodeling job with a major Hollywood stylist.
