If you’ve seen FORGETTING SARAH MARSHALL then you’ve seen the awesomeness of Jason Segal’s (How I Met Your Mother) “Dracula”. If you haven’t seen the movie, you’ll still love this hysterical video. (But go check out the movie because it’s stuffed with all kinds of win.)
I already have “Dracula’s Lament” on my iPod, but this is an awesome version.
I knew Jason could sing (link to one of the best videos EVER) but damn, his voice is fantastic! Watch out NPH!

Mark Salling’s ‘Chillin’ with GLEE’

The first time I saw Mark Salling’s song and video homage dedicated to the love of his role of Puck on GLEE , I don’t mind telling you that I shed a few happy tears. It’s so simple, sweet and fun that you just can’t help but want to chill on GLEE too.
Is it April yet?
P.S. How much do I love that Mark was working a NKOTB vintage tee in the video?!

I don’t know what to say other than this performance was one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. I’ve watched it over and over and each time it brings me to tears. Adam Shankman was right – it was a game changer.

Can you believe we are here? The last night of competition for SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE? This season started so slowly but since voting began it has flown by. Tomorrow night America’s Favorite Dancer will be crowned, but tonight the Top 6 must first perform one last time for your vote.
The comments are open, so I hope you’ll watch along with me. Welcome to SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE…
Ryan & Kathryn
Samba by Jason Gilkerson
In case you were wondering if Ryan ever works out, let me be the first to tell you that he does. Holy abs! Kathryn has showed us that she can shake it, so nothing surprising there. The routine seemed complicated, but both Ryan and Kathryn rushed through it. At times they didn’t complete their movements. But it was a fun dance to watch, and holy moly how about that last catch?!
The Judges: Well the panel was certainly happy with how the started tonight. Nigel and Mary both gushed. Adam, who is clearly on Team Kathryn, loved his lady tonight.
Ellenore & Jakob
Broadway by Tyce Diorio
Watching with my Mom tonight and she loves her some Jakob Karr. And I must agree with Mom. Give these dynamic twosome, I think they were let down a bit by Tyce tonight. The routine was good, don’t get me wrong, but Ellenore and Jakob are two of the best dancers on the show and they could have done more. Jakob is just phenomenal. This pair is my pick for #1 and #2.
The Judges: Nigel commented on the strength of the dancers. Mary thought there was just a little bit extra that Jakob gave us tonight. Adam though Ellenore has never looked so beautiful. He said Jakob is “one of the most selfless partners”. They clearly liked it.
Ashleigh & Russell
Contemporary by Sonja Tayeh
Welcome back, Ash. This is the first time she and Russell have been paired up and this routine was just gorgeous. There was a moment of hesitation before the final leap, but other than that it was gorgeous. Russell was phenomenal tonight. Just incredible. Good God, Sonja Tayeh is such an artist.
The Judges: Uncle Nigel was one again gushing over Russell. We know, you love him. I can’t blame ya. He pretty much ignored Ashleigh. Mary started with her compliments for Ash, but when she talked about Russell she broke down in tears. Adam wanted to talked about “Ashleigh’s contribution”. Ha – good thing she showed tonight. Russ was “bloody fantastic” but I felt for Ash a bit on that one.

Wow. That is all I can say. I feel bad, in retrospect, for all of the times I’ve said something on “Dexter” was/could be a “gamechanger.” Little did I know that the fine folks running the show would come up with a way to truly change the show as we know it.
It needs to be said right now, before I go any further, that SPOILERS WILL ABOUND in this review and, if you plan on watching the episode and being surprised, do not read this review. You’ll thank me in the long run.

Comments Off on CHUCK…Just Because
Just got off a call with CHUCK star Zachary Levi and producers Josh Schwartz and Chris Fedak. If you were following me on Twitter (@gmmrtv) then you already know that AND you got a few scooplets about the new season. I’ll be back with more from the call over the next few days. But for now please let me remind you once again that CHUCK returns to NBC on Sunday, January 11th with a 2-hour season premiere. Then the very next night the show premieres in its regular time slot, 8pm on Mondays.
If you’ve never seen CHUCK and feel like you can’t play catch up, I have a great news for you. You don’t have to. The changes they made to the show this season makes it easy for newbies to step in and enjoy the show. But of course you can always catch up on old episodes at Hulu.com, NBC.com and TheWB.com.
That is all. Just wanted to spread the CHUCK love.
About Last Night…THE OFFICE, PARKS & REC, 30 ROCK & More…
December 11, 2009 by Kath Skerry
Filed under 30 Rock, About Last Night, Parks & Recreation, The Office
I don’t know about you, but I LOVED last night’s holiday themed comedies on NBC. After last year’s “Moroccan Christmas”, I wasn’t sure if THE OFFICE could ever give us a great holiday episode again. But they did. I laughed my ass off last night. The laughs started a half hour before with PARKS & REC and continued for a half hour after with 30 ROCK. A great night of television.
Unfortunately, I’ve got a busy day full of appointments. See my cat killed a turtle dove and the french hens started pulling out my hair to make a nest. Needless to say I’m not able to post a proper review of each of the episodes. But I thought maybe GMMRers would still want to share in the laughter, so I wanted to open the post so you can discuss the best moments from last night’s TV lineup. Share your thoughts on GMMR rather than sharing them on YouFace (remember, there is no hyphen between the You and Face.)
Let me leave you with this food for thought…
You can’t yell out “I need this” I need this’ as you pin an employee down on your lap.
P.S. Jim Halpert is the best gift-giver EVER! An finally an OFFICE/TWILIGHT crossover. I can die now.
BONES: The Goop on the Girl
December 11, 2009 by Sarah Curtis
Hey BONES fans!
First of all, thanks to all who joined in on the live chat last night; it was a great time. I asked those of us there which BONES Christmas episode was a favorite, and I’m interested to know what you think, too.
1. The Man in the Fallout Shelter (Season One)
2. The Santa in the Slush (Season Three)
3. The Goop on the Girl (Season Five)
Be sure to vote in the comments. But let’s get on to this week’s episode.
A lot of times, I think BONES plays the smoke & mirror game and makes up for poor case writing with some fluff, but in this episode, I liked the case. Of course, perhaps that just means their mirror game worked as it’s never worked before. I need your help. Was this a good episode, or not?
Let’s talk Zooey Deschanel. I was torn, because on the one hand, I really liked all of Margaret’s moments with Brennan, but on the flip side; I had seen all of them from the promo videos, so that was kind of a let down. I’ll blame FOX for that, though, and not the actresses. I think I liked this as a one time thing; I don’t need for Brennan to go off searching for her biological family. Thoughts from you? Another note; it was nice to see Ryan ONeal around as Max again.

Nothing but best wishes to Michelle and little Josie.
