Tonight’s TV Spotlight…Thursday, January 7, 2010

What a tease. Having almost all my favorite Wednesday night shows back really made me feel like this ridiculously long respite of reruns was over. But alas it’s Thursday – one of the strongest nights of the TV week – and there’s not a ton to watch. Unless of course you’re into football, then it’s a whole ‘nother game (get it…football…game. – Shut it, it’s only 5am. I’m not witty until at least 6:15am.)

Maybe our favorite Thursday night shows aren’t back, but I can still find a few worthwhile suggestions for you. Drop us a line and tell us what YOU will be watching tonight.

Chuck | 5pm-1am on Syfy
Since there is very little on, I hope you’ll check out the Chuck marathon on Syfy tonight. Eight hours of the best episodes will be airing on Syfy starting at 5pm and going until 1am. Episodes include Chuck vs. the First Date/the Seduction/the Break Up/the Santa Claus/the Dream Job/the Colonel/the Ring. Set those DVRs or at least start drinking that coffee so you can watch.

The Real Housewives of Orange County | 10pm on Bravo
“Love and War”
Vicki has a romantic surprise for Donn; Alexis prepares her children for church; Tamra considers letting Gretchen into her life; Lynne allows Gretchen to take Alexa shopping.

Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew | 10pm on VH1 | Season Premiere
Dr. Drew councils B-list celebrities with addictions. Season 3 opens with a cast that includes Kari Ann Peniche, Mackenzie Phillips, Heidi Fleiss, Dennis Rodman, Mindy McCready, Lisa D’Amato, Mike Starr, Joey Kovar and Tom Sizemore.

(Honestly, Chuck is looking really good right about now, isn’t it?)
