Pink’s Grammy Performance

Not only did Pink sing live in the most death defying of performances, but she sounded damn good while doing it. Her performance was much easier to watch on my second viewing. The first time I was bit too nervous that she was going to plummet to the earth die….or at least fall and kill a Jonas brother.

After seeing what Pink did, nothing else mattered. That was true performance art. A visual metephor for starting over, freeing yourself, being reborn! And how many singers there have ever performed in the air, much less without a harness? Even her athletism was remarkable. And she did it pitch perfect and landed back on the stage like a superhero! The other performers may as well have gone home.
I agree 1000000 Mal and I am not even a Pink fan. But I am not. It was spectacular and breathtaking, I watched it over and over.

This was so touching and so beautiful that I could not stop watching it. Everything about this performance spoke to me and touched my heart. Amazing talent and vision! The most beautiful vocals I have ever heard coming out of a live performance. She has won me over and I cannot wait to go see her live now. WOW!
Pink is a TRUE performer, who can sing and writes her own stuff . She is underrated in USA, while brittany spears-who cannot sing is admired.
I agree that pink was brilliant but the girls above her were very talented aswell.
Here in the UK, P!nk is highly underrated. Whilst Beyonce took home (if im not wrong) 6 awards that night, P!nk took home none. In my opinion, that is a crime. She sang, hanging from the ceiling, with nothing but a thin piece of cloth seperating her from amazingness to disaster. If that doesn’t deserve recognition, then i’m not British!!
I saw the wonder that is P!nk live on the UK stretch of her ‘Funhouse’ tour last year, and wow. She is amazing. I don’t even think this video does her justice!
Let’s start a campaign to get P!nk recognised for her amazing work!!
