WHITE COLLAR: Matt Bomer on Losing Kate, the Peter-Neal Dynamic and Flashbacks

When a character with as many issues as WHITE COLLAR’s Neal spends an entire season trying to find the love of his life and finally reunites with her, only to have that reunion blow up right in front of him — quite literally — where does he go from there?

Seems Matt Bomer (Neal) and the writers were on the same page, deciding that he isn’t going to sit around and wallow.

“If anything, [Neal]’ll overcompensate with the charm and humor to try and cover anything that is going on underneath,” Bomer says in the video below. “[It’s] not going to be three episodes of him crying about the death of the love of his life.”
