Who Went Home on BIG BROTHER?
July 29, 2010 by Kath Skerry
Was is it the Andrew the podiatrist or Kathy the sheriff who exited the BIG BROTHER house tonight?
Who won the all important role of HOH?
Check out what happened on tonight’s BIG BROTHER.
Oh the drama of the BIG BROTHER house.
Andrew and Kathy both campaigned for votes in different ways this week. Andrew called a house meeting to announce that given the chance, he would put Rachel and Brendon up on the block. He figured if he could let the house know that he was gunning after a common enemy then they would want to keep him in and use him to fight the good fight. Of course Andrew was bluffing. In fact he even went to Brendon beforehand to tell him of his plan. Brendon didn’t tell Rachel, and Nice ‘n Easy #130 wasn’t pleased. Oy vey!
Kathy on the other hand went the sob story root. I’m all for using what you’ve got, and Kathy played all of her cards: she played the cancer card; the ‘I was pregnant in high school and my life has always been tough’ card; the ‘I have a son to think of’ card. All stories led back to the same theme – Kathy is a fighter. Again, go with what works for you. I’m not judging.
Fireworks erupted when a paranoid Andrew confronted Kristen about her private chats with Kathy. I think that’s the most I’ve ever seen Kristen talk since this season began.
No matter what went down in the house during the week, it was nothing compared to what Andrew gave us during his speech live tonight. Holy Canoli! In about 2 minutes he managed to out Hayden and Kristen as the other showmance in the house, and then took it to the next level by spouting off every bad thing these two “allegedly” said about every other person in the house. Damn!
Even if Andrew does go home tonight (and he will), he did some major damage on his way out.
As each of the houseguests cast their vote, it was easy to tell early on that Andrew would be the third houseguest evicted from the BIG BROTHER house. My favorite HG, Regan, had the best vote tonight: “I vote to institutionalize and evict, Andrew.” Hilarious!
Head of Household
This week’s HOH competition had the HGs answer questions based on competition in the house thus far this summer. And in an OMG worthy moment, for the second time in this short season, Rachel was named HOH.
Wow, I’m expecting some BIG moves this week. I can’t wait to watch BIG BROTHER AFTER DARK tonight!!
Before she signs off, The Chenbot lets us know that Pandora’s Box is coming back to BIG BROTHER and a new saboteur will be added back into the game. America gets vote who will be the next saboteur over at CBS.com. But you can “unofficially” vote here in the comments below.
Thoughts on Andrew’s speech? Rachel’s dominance in the HOH room?

SWEET!!! I know you’re not the biggest fan of Rachel because of the live feeds. Fortunately, I do not have them so I’ve been loving Rachel. Hopefully she puts up anyone from the brigade.
Matt should be the new saboteur. He should have been the ORIGINAL saboteur so it’s time that he actually becomes the new one!
I wonder if America will vote for someone who will be a good saboteur OR will they try to screw someone over that they don’t like.
I don’t hate Rachel, but I think she’s messing up her game by putting her relationship with Brendon first. The two of them together on the feeds…ugh.
