BONES: Meet Hannah Burley

In what is probably the world’s worst kept secret, the second episode of BONES’ new season will officially introduce viewers to Booth’s new girlfriend, Hannah.
FOX has released episode stills from the hour, and yes, Katheryn Winnick (Hannah) is included in them.
Let’s go about this a little gently, okay?

I think I may be the ONLY fan who feels this way, but I’m excited to meet Hannah! Her introduction is going to be very interesting and unlike anything we’ve seen in the previous seasons.
I loved the clip where she and Booth reunite again – I seem to like her already. 🙂

I’m excited. Booth happy makes me happy. Booth shirtless makes me happier. This a win-win the way I look at it.

At a time ago in my thoughts thought the following when did the word girlfriend of Booth to disrupt the progress of things from B & B: Angela will again make a recognition with this as well and according to this our friend Marisa Roffman I confirmed what was provision, now Brennan will join Angela. I think Angela is going to continue giving some indirect to make the Bones and make it, Bones, assuming positively to the Booth. Now we know that Booth will torpedo (sinking) his relationship with Hanna.
Alanna, you are not the only one excited to meet Hannah! I’ve been a fan of Katheryn’s before this. So, I’m excited to see her on Bones. No, I’m not a B/B shipper(and that doesn’t mean I hate Emily/Brennan bs that peeps automatically assume). I’m all for Booth/Hannah. I think this will be good for the show. A new, fresh dynamic. I’m tired of the will they/won’t they, anyway. It’s played out. I hope Hannah gets to interact with the other characters, as well.
Cheers to Alanna, Shep and Alana! We are probably the only ones who welcome Hannah(along with a ton of my friends who like her from the clip, alone lol).

How can you say the storyline is not working, when NO ONE has seen any new episodes? Just because you don’t like the idea of Booth having a girlfriend, doesn’t mean 10 million viewers feel the same way you do. Obviously, FOX loves the addition of Hannah because she’s in all the new promos and now promo stills. *shrugs*
@alice um…how is she supposed to be nicer when she’s nice? She was very welcoming to Brennan and especially Booth . I don’t understand what you’re trying to say.
As always, I’m ready for whatever Bones throws at us. I love this show and haven’t been disappointed yet. Bring it on! 🙂 I think it’ll be a bit fun. 😉

I’m not outright into hating her, but I’m not happy about the storyline either. If ultimately she brings B&B together, then it will all be worth it.
Some people may not like the character but lets remember to separate that from the actor. There have been some truly nasty comments written about Katheryn in various places.
I love B/B together & am hoping to see some jealousy from Brennan. It’s time she did some chasing. Actually I don’t mind what’s in S6 I just want it to begin!
i think these comments who pretty much how one half of the fans just begins to become more or less indifferent and doesnt care anymore. we’ve been through too much, this is bullshit, everyone knows thats what the majority (OMG now hh would shoot me because right, there is no majority of fans) thinks. so yeah, show these comments here to HH, he’ll be happy, not caring that it doesnt represent the actual sentiments.

Wow. Trollop and “blonde one”? HH is right. There is no majority of fans. You can’t say the majority of fans think this is bullshit. That’s not a fact. There are 10 million viewers. The internet fandom consists of a few thousand fans. A lot of us may not like the SO storyline, but that doesn’t mean EVERYONE dislikes the SO storyline.
I really hate this story line, but I don’t hate the actress (it would be crazy) nor the charachter! Actually, I hope Hannah is not really in love with Booth, otherwise I would feel so sorry for her. Loving a man who loves another woman, but stays with you because the other is not available.
So, let’s hope Hanson is writing the whole thing in a tasteful way. And fun, no drama please. Because to me, Hannah is just a simple stranger and I have no interest in her. At least let’s have comedy.
I know for sure that SOME of the fans have dropped the show because of the way the story is turning. Whether they are an insignificant number, a minority or half of them (which I doubt) I have no clue. But for sure they are the ones who buy DVD’s, and invest more (money) in the show. And the ones who create hype on the web.
The question is: will Hanson be able to recover the same ratings of previous season finding NEW viewers to replace the ones lost? How much does it cost to get NEW people to watch the show to get same ratings (and same fans buying DVD’s) as previously to make up for the fans lost?
I don’t have an answer, we will just see.
I’m looking forward to meeting Hannah and seeing where the story line goes. To echo what others have said, I love the show and always find it entertaining.
you are wrong when you said fans are indifferent/they care too much/maybe when we hear it will be different then seeing.
OK, so I’m excited for the new season… and I don’t even really mind the whole 3rd party/Booth relationship. I’m all about angst, and I ADORE the looks ED… ok Brennan gives Hannah because it shows just how much this relationship will bother her. But even with all this ok-ness in my head… seeing Booth with someone else hurts my heart. 🙁
amy, to me she came over as acting slutty/didnt see anything nice. you are right if they wanted us to like her they woulnt move in togather/jack and angelea didnt live togather.
I like Colleen’s comment. 🙂 Seeing Booth with someone else hurts my heart too. But I trust the show to play this out in a natural way that is true to B/B’s relationship. And I know they’re meant to be and they’ll get together eventually. 😀 I love this show!!!
I was brokenhearted when B/H were first introduced. But I’ve had a change of heart…Booth needs love! He was turned down by Parker mom’s, Cam, and other girlfriends. And worst of all by Brennan. Plus he’s done more for Bones than she’s done for him. So let’s get to the real issue no one is discussing. WHY CAN’T EMILY get her HAIR right. Extensions girl! Hannah hair vs. Bones Hair. VOTE!
Nicole, I agree with you. I was never a B/B shipper either, so I’m open to all love interest possibilities for their characters (especially Booth). I’m all for Booth/Hannah and I like what I’ve seen so far.
jill, how did Hannah come off slutty? I have to disagree with you here, because I did not get that impression whatsoever. I thought she came off very welcoming and nice and I’m actually really enjoying her character, as well as the dynamic between her and Booth. But, that’s just me.
Ok, Hannah has been in a couple of episodes so far, but in my opinion her welcome is a little worn out. I’m honestly getting a little tired of her. Katheryn is a wonderful actress, but I personally feel that Hannah throws off the entire dynamic of the show, but (like others have said) if her presence “awakens” a new way of thinking for both Bones and Booth and their relationship possibilities, then it was worth it. I’m just ready for her to go. I’m definititely NOT ok with the idea of making her a regular…that would just get on my nerves.
I hate hannah i want BONES AND BOOTH 2GETH, TO GET MARRIED HAVE A KID like angela and hodins duhhhhhh. SO im A 999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,% 4 BONES AND BOOTH if u want to get persicely 100% 4 bones and booth.
i think hannah should be out of the picture booth is meant dr. brennan anyone can see that!
