“Brief Encounter”
The Walkers attend a launch party for Luc’s advertising campaign; Kevin must deal with a runaway juvenile delinquent; Nora receives a job offer.

Dexter | 9pm on Showtime
“Hello Bandit”
On the heels of Rita’s murder, Dexter tries to get the family back into a familiar routine, but a frightening discovery may lead to his next quarry. Meanwhile, a brutal murder in a Venezuelan neighborhood has the squad scrambling; and Debra, who’s opened her home to Dexter and the children, finds herself without adequate accommodations, and turns to Quinn for help.

Family Guy | 9pm on Fox
“Excellence in Broadcasting”
Rush Limbaugh (who provides his own voice) signs books at the Quahog Mall and gains a convert: the formerly liberal Brian, a development that riles Lois. THE OFFICE’s Rainn Wilson has a voice cameo as himself, and Shelley Long and Gary Cole provide the voices of Carol and Mike Brady of THE BRADY BUNCH.

Boardwalk Empire | 9pm on HBO
“Broadway Limited”
Nucky, Van Alden and Rothstein each take a special interest in a hospital patient who may have news about the murders in the woods. Meanwhile, Chalky’s assumption of Mickey Doyle’s bootleg business gets off to a rough start; Margaret is given a job at a French boutique on the boardwalk; and Jimmy heeds Nucky’s advice to make travel plans.

Rubicon | 9pm on AMC
“A Good Day’s Work”
Will gets a special assignment from Truxton; Tanya is asked to rejoin the team to help locate Kateb; a threat leaves Katherine afraid to leave her house.

CSI: Miami | 10pm on CBS | Season Premiere
“Fallen”
The ninth season of the franchise series begins with Horatio’s team losing one of its members when violence follows a psychotic genius running around in Miami.

Mad Men | 10pm on AMC
“Chinese Wall”
When Don, Roger and the partners call an all-hands meeting for the employees of Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce, the gossip starts to fly and the panic sets in.

Bored to Death | 10pm on HBO
“Make it Quick, Fitzgerald”
Jonathan is hired by George’s nemesis, Richard Antrem; Stella reveals that she is not over her first love; George has a new female urologist; Ray plots to win back Leah.

Eastbound & Down | 10:30pm on HBO
“Chapter 9”
Kenny’s comeback fails to generate much enthusiasm among Mexican fans, but he gets their attention when he goes back to his old volatile ways. Meanwhile, Kenny tries to impress Vida by inviting her to a swanky party on Sebastian’s yacht.

• The Cleveland Show | 8:30pm on Fox: Cleveland and Donna try to celebrate their anniversary, but their kids, disruptive friends and Donna’s ex-husband get in the way.

• American Dad | 9:30am on Fox: Stan offers a reward to the person who can stop Hayley and her old boyfriend from eloping.

• Undercover Boss | 10pm on CBS: Great Wolf Resorts  CEO Kim Schaefer trades her suit for a lifeguard’s uniform and struggles to keep up the pace while working in an indoor waterpark that can accommodate nearly 3,000 guests.
