“No Ordinary Quake”
Jim goes into search mode to discover the cause of some recent earthquakes; Stephanie begins to suspect that JJ may be lying about his lack of super powers; and Daphne struggles with morality issues when she reads the minds of a fellow student and teacher and suspects they may be having an affair.
Glee | 8pm on Fox
“The Rocky Horror Glee Show”
Will decides to have the glee club perform “The Rocky Horror Show” for the annual school musical after learning of Emma’s newfound love for the cult classic. Despite Sue’s usual scheming, the members of New Directions inject their distinctive style to the show’s timeless tracks. [GMMR: Check our special preview of the ep]
The Biggest Loser | 8pm on NBC
“1006”
The contestants start their week hearing surprising news from host Alison Sweeney that at this week’s weigh-in, only one person’s weight will count for the blue team and the black team. It will be up to the opposing team to decide whose weight will count and the two contestants chosen won’t be revealed until the weigh-in, leaving the blue and black teams busy strategizing on whom they should choose. Then the players get a visit from celebrity chefs Curtis Stone and Lorena Garcia.

Delving into the mind of a brilliant Naval Scientist, Abby becomes fixated on solving her murder, while DiNozzo’s latest fling leads to an interesting Halloween.

“Joe Knows”
Joe wants to get back into the business world, so he creates his own web series giving out financial tips, with Ryder as his cameraman. Joe asks Mel to become an investor to help get the series off the ground, but she is not the silent partner he hoped for and has several suggestions, some of which do not sit well with Joe. Meanwhile, Lennox gets tutored by a geeky kid from school who she develops feelings for.

Paul Weston begins counseling sessions with a young man (Dane DeHaan) who is gay. We meet Paul’s new therapist (Amy Ryan), whom he’s not so nice to.

“Anonymous”
After a state department employee and a plastic surgeon are murdered by a group of terrorists, the NCIS team must frantically search for the only witness who can identify the killers’ surgically altered faces.
Raising Hope | 9pm on Fox
“Happy Halloween”/”Family Secrets”
When Sabrina’s boyfriend can’t make it to the deli guy’s Halloween party, Jimmy offers to put on his costume and go in his place. Virginia takes Maw Maw, who is dressed as a cat, trick-or-treating while Burt plots ways to play tricks on Jimmy. Meanwhile, when a box containing videos of Hope’s mother arrives from prison, Jimmy must decide whether or not to let Hope see them. Virginia explains that children need to be protected from the truth, leading Jimmy to question what exactly his parents have been keeping from him.

“The VIP Treatment”
Alicia and the partners must decide whether to take on the case of a VIP massage therapist who accuses a Nobel Peace Prize winner of sexual assault. Meanwhile, Peter and Eli try to figure out what Wendy’s candidacy means for their campaign.

“Seven Names”
In the midst of a financial crisis, Adam must make an important decision that will alter the company ‘s future. Jasmine\ and Crosby announce their future plans to Jabbar, who reacts surprisingly to the news. Meanwhile, Sarah and Amber argue over Amber’s incessant partying with her new found friend. Sarah experiences challenges at work and even deeper issues with Gordon. Elsewhere, Camille joins Haddie for community service.

“Lost Child/Murder 101”
A horrifying crime enrages Fitch, Washington, Stone and Sanchez when a young woman is shot multiple times in her SUV while hiding a safe, but terrified two-year-old in the back. The long and winding road of discovery runs from the woman’s ex-husband to an under-the-radar, possibly illegal manipulation of the foster care system. Meanwhile, Longford and Mahajan investigate the homicide of a college janitor found with drugs in his system. It looks to be the “perfect murder,” until the detectives crack the case with an unusual motive.

When Samcro pays a visit to another charter, not everyone’s happy to see the mother chapter and things get crazy.
Caprica | 10pm on Syfy
“False Labor”
A conflict on Tauron spills over to Caprica, prompting Sam to send guns to his home world; Amanda infiltrates Clarice’s home to find information on the STO and winds up in a clash with the head of the household; Daniel tries to recreate Zoe’s avatar and learns just how much control the Ha’La’Tha have over Graystone Industries.
16 & Pregnant | 10pm on MTV | Season Premiere
“Brooke”
In the second season fall premiere of the MTV series, viewers meet Brooke — a teenage mom-to-be — and follow her struggles.

I would be watching Glee tonight but I still don’t have Fox because of the Cablevision situation, and that makes me sad. But I will be watching No Ordinary Family, Raising Hope eventually, Parenthood, and the Good Wife.
