PSYCH Preview: ‘Extradition II’
November 10, 2010 by Marisa Roffman
PSYCH is back!
Finally, our Wednesday nights will be filled with delicious flavor, once again.
In the mid-season premiere, “Extradition II,” Shawn and Gus make their way back to Vancouver at the request of Despereaux (Cary Elwes). Unfortunately, he’s just using them to escape, so he can pull off the perfect job before he’s brought back to the US. But things take a twist when someone frames him for a crime he didn’t commit.
It’s a really solid hour that highlights why this show is so dang funny. Plus, it’s nice to see Vancouver (where the show films) get its due instead of having to sub for Santa Barbara (where PSYCH is set).
But what you really want to know is what’s the fallout of the Shawn/Jules kiss, right? It’s addressed. Juliet and Lassie are up in Vancouver, so they can bring Despereaux back to the States and the tension between S and J is evident. We’re not going to spoil how it goes, but by the end of the episode, the duo will make a decision about whether they should move forward with their relationship.
Can’t wait for tonight? Check out a clip from “Extradition II”…

Oh, by the way, when I was on the set of BETTER WITH YOU last week, Kurt Fuller shared that he’ll be reprising his role as Woody the coroner in the PSYCH season finale — which is also the conclusion to the Yin Yang arc. Pretty awesome, right?
PSYCH’s mid-season premiere airs tonight on USA Network at 10 PM. Will you be watching?
