Tonight’s TV Spotlight…Monday, January 31, 2011

Monday, Monday.  Perhaps the cruelest night of the television week.  So many shows to watch and so little space on the DVR.  So on this Monday morning, let’s take the time to thank Hulu, Netflix, OnDemand and other such services that allow us to attempt to keep up with the battleground that is Monday night television.

Check out some of the highlights from this evening’s TV lineup, and let’s have a chat about what you are going to watch when and how. More of my thoughts down below…

Chuck | 8pm on NBC
“Chuck Versus the Push Mix”
While Sarah tries to free Chuck’s mother, Morgan and Chuck go after Volkoff; Casey and Alex bond; Ellie hopes to ease Awesome’s anxiety over becoming a father.[GMMR: There once was a time when tonight’s episode was thought to serve as the CHUCK series finale. GASP! Needless to say, tonight’s episode will be spectacular!]

Pretty Little Liars | 8pm on ABC Family
“If at First You Don’t Succeed, Lie, Lie Again”
Emily returns to the swim team and faces competition from a jealous teammate. Elsewhere, Aria and Ezra attempt to go on a date in public; and Spencer confronts an ugly part of her past when she asks Jason for some details about the night Ali died. Human Target | 8pm on Fox
“Kill Bob”
A man in convinced his wife is a Russian spy and wants him dead to gain access to classified military information; Ames tries to keep a secret from Chance.

“11 Women Left”
The 11 remaining women travel to Las Vegas; Brad takes two women on a date that ends with him sending one of them home; a woman reveals a tragedy from her past during a group date at a racetrack.

90210 | 8pm on The CW
“It’s Getting Hot in Here”
Naomi, Adrianna, Silver and Annie go to a retreat for a girls’ weekend; Silver and Navid have a secret rendezvous; Adrianna sells a story to a tabloid; Debbie’s romantic dinner with Ryan is interrupted; Charlie realizes how Annie feels about Liam.

Greek | 9pm on ABC Family
“Home Coming and Going”
Cappie strives to win over new KT pledge Peter’s father (Jonathan Silverman) while planning an outrageous homecoming party. Meanwhile, Rusty hopes to impress Peter by stealing a mascot; and Ashleigh’s lack of career motivation leads to a fight between her and Casey.

Gossip Girl | 9pm on The CW
“Damien Darko”
Blair’s excitement at landing an internship dampens when she discovers that Dan did too; Chuck meets his match in Russell Thorpe; Nate gets news about his father’s business prospects.

Lie to Me | 9pm on Fox
“Killer App”
One of Foster’s former patients turns up dead shortly after expressing concern that she is being squeezed out by a business partner. [GMMR: Click here to check out a preview on tonight’s episode of LIE TO ME.]

Being Human | 9pm on Syfy
“Some Thing to Watch Over Me”
Sally finds a kindred spirit; Josh makes friends in the neighborhood watch; the past comes back to haunt Aidan.

The Cape | 9pm on NBC
“Dice”
The ARK corporation prepares to unveil a device that could alter the fate of Palm City; The Cape finds himself defending his arch nemesis.

Harry’s Law | 10pm on NBC
“Innocent Man”
After a tip from a priest, Harry helps defend an inmate serving a life sentence for a murder he did not commit; Tommy and Malcolm help an overweight woman sue fast food companies..
