FRINGE: Jasika Nicole and Jeff Pinkner Tease ‘Immortality’

FRINGE fans, it’s fair to say you won’t want to miss tonight’s episode.

Reporters were asked to avoid revealing any of the major plot points of “Immortality,” so when I participated in a conference call with FRINGE executive producers Jeff Pinkner and J.H. Wyman earlier this week, I asked them how they would tease the episode.

“There are at least two different kinds of parasites in the episode,” Pinkner told me. “Only one of which is a bug!”

Which actually is a pretty accurate tease. Any viewers who aren’t fond of bugs might want to watch this episode with all the lights on…but the most important parasite in the hour isn’t of the bug variety.

But what else is going on in the episode? When I talked with FRINGE star Jasika Nicole (Astrid), she teased that fans might get a glimpse of something new in Alt-Astrid…
