“The Blue and the Gray”
Moe attends a seminar in hope of gaining more confidence with women; Marge’s hair turns gray, and the family has a hard time adjusting to the change.

Desperate Housewives | 9pm on ABC
“Flashback”
Stella tries to force the Scavos to pose for a family portrait with her new husband; Bree continues to keep a secret from Keith; Mike tries to determine if Zach Young was involved in Paul’s shooting.

Brothers & Sisters | 9pm on ABC
“The One That Got Away”
The Walkers’ plans for Valentine’s Day go awry when Tommy reveals another of Nora’s secrets; a visiting food critic spoils Saul and Jonathan’s plans for a romantic evening.

“The Special Relationship”
Bill makes a deal in the Senate; Barb considers a dramatic life change; Bill and Nicki face a legal obstacle while trying to adopt Cara Lynn; Rhonda encourages Verlan to do Alby’s bidding; Lois longs for her old life with Frank.

Family Guy | 9pm on Fox
“Friends of Peter G.”
Brian and Peter are required to attend a 12-step program to deal with their drinking problems; Death (Adam Carolla) gives Peter a glimpse of what life would be like without alcohol.

Californication | 9pm on Showtime
“Lawyers, Guns and Money”
A compromising photo of Hank with two young ladies has the DA rethinking a plea bargain, his attorney (Carla Gugino) reconsidering him as a client and actress Sasha Bingham (Addison Timlin) reassessing her role in the movie. Later, Marcy and producer Stu Beggs (Stephen Tobolowsky) wax rhapsodic over body waxing; and Becca and her band cause a ruckus at a Venice tattoo establishment.

Beverly suspects Sean is having an affair with Morning, so she decides to leave him and return to London, but on her way to the airport she runs into Matt, which results in a slight speed bump in her plan.

“Killer Carl”
Fiona scrambles to spruce up the house for an impending visit from Carl’s teacher; Lip makes some extra cash by taking tests for his less-intelligent classmates; the Kash and Grab is repeatedly robbed by a local punk; and Frank’s lack of business acumen costs him.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta | 10pm on Bravo
“Reunion Part I
The cast discusses the most talked-about antics of the season.
