“Episode 1112”
An eliminated contestant returns and the remaining players are split into four teams. While Bob takes his team to spin class and Jillian takes hers to work out at the beach, Brett leads his group on a hike and Cara heads to a boxing ring. Later, the four teams square off.

NCIS | 8pm on CBS
“Out of the Frying Pan…”
Gibbs questions Vance’s motives when he is asked to interrogate a teenage boy accused of killing his retired Marine father. Cameron Monaghan (SHAMELESS) guest stars as troubled teen, Nick Peyton.

No Ordinary Family | 8pm on ABC
“No Ordinary Animal”
The Powell’s lives are in danger when a super-villain with animal-like powers is tasked by Mrs. X (Lucy Lawless) to eliminate the family. Meanwhile, good girl Daphne takes a rebellious step by ditching school with boyfriend Chris to attend a Sara Bareilles music video shoot,; JJ becomes suspicious of Mr. Litchfield’s motives when he’s presented with different equations from those of the rest of the academic decathlon team; and Katie makes a shocking discovery about Joshua – aka The Watcher.

NCIS: Los Angeles | 9pm on CBS
“Enemy Within”
NCIS investigates whether the life of a Venezuelan politician is in danger after a Navy Intelligence Commander who is responsible for tracking his moves suddenly disappears.

The Good Wife | 10pm on CBS
“Ham Sandwich”
Lockhart Gardner law firm represents client and drug kingpin Lemond Bishop in divorce proceedings, even though Bishop wants reconciliation. Meanwhile, Kalinda is subpoenaed for a grand jury investigation.
