Several contestants have heart-to-heart talks with their trainers, opening up more about the individual personal struggles they had before coming to the ranch, and later, another player is sent home following a weigh-in with some surprising weight loss numbers. Trainers Bob Harper, Jillian Michaels, Cara Castronuova and Brett Hoebel also star.

“Breaking Bread”
Callie finds a lost puppy belonging to one of their elderly neighbors, but when Adam unintentionally takes credit for rescuing the puppy, the neighbor shows her appreciation to Adam almost too generously. When Lisa complains about the noise coming from their music-blasting neighbor, Mike’s plan to confront his neighbor and ensure peace and quiet takes an unexpected turn. Meanwhile, Ethan’s girlfriend takes interest in meeting his wise next-door neighbor face-to-face.
Detroit 1-8-7 | 10pm on ABC
“Stone Cold”
The detectives put their private problems on hold as Mason calls for “all hands on deck” to investigate the murder of Dawn Cofield, a college co-ed. Pup Clemmons, the co-ed’s boyfriend and Stone’s rival from his undercover days, resurfaces as one of the possible suspects. But it’s a crowded field that also includes Alex Caldwell, Pup’s competition for the crime turf; a Pakistani drug runner from Canada; one of Dawn’s professors who has the reputation of a Lothario, and a preppy classmate from a politically connected family. Meanwhile, Sanchez tries to find out the truth about Stone’s junkie ex-girlfriend, Riley Sullivan, who is still hanging around the squad and trying to reignite her relationship with Stone. Is this as sincere attempt to get her life back together, or is she playing him? Then, a tense standoff results in a cataclysmic event for the detectives of “Detroit 1-8-7.”

WHITE COLLAR’s Matt Bomer, Tim DeKay and Mark Goffman Tease the Season 2 Finale

PaleyFest 2011 honored USA Network’s WHITE COLLAR Monday night and unsurprisingly, most of the chatter on the pre-panel red carpet was about tonight’s season finale.
I got the chance to view the episode after I talked with the cast and crew and it absolutely lives up to the hype. A lot of season-long questions are answered and you won’t want to miss the final moments. Trust me on that.
But enough of what I have to say about the finale. I caught up with series stars Tim DeKay (Peter), Matt Bomer (Neal) and co-executive producer Mark Goffman, and they teased what will go down and how that will impact season three…
HOUSE Recap: Bombshells

My viewing companions for this week’s HOUSE were three slices of mushroom pizza, delivered from a local trattoria that has never served me wrong. As the hour progressed, I was tempted to call back for a list of ingredients, in order to be certain that the toppings I consumed were not intended to help me hallucinate. Dream sequences cut from vintage television and film? A full-scale dance number choreographed by Mia Michaels from SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE? A closing sequence that rendered two years of storylines moot? Had it not been for the opening credits, I would have guessed that Charlie Sheen directed this episode.
Co-writer Sara Hess, who crafted this script with Liz Friedman for Greg Yaitanes to direct, warned fans via Twitter that their story would fall squarely into love or hate territory for the audience.
There is no denying the ambitious effort that the creative team made to make “Bombshells” one of HOUSE’s most memorable episodes. Their hard work backfired, however, as this hour gave millions of viewers permission to turn away from their televisions for the rest of Season 7.

HOUSE ‘Get Happy’ Dance Number by Mia Michaels

HOUSE got a little dash of SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE tonight when choreographer Mia Michaels brought her talents to the show in this haunting musical number featuring the vocal stylings of Hugh Laurie and Lisa Edelstein.
That number certainly had Mia Michaels’ signature all over it. Loved it!

In tonight’s brand new episode of HOUSE, Cuddy is the patient of the week and her illness leads to a series of genre-based dreams. It’s a change for the show which is fairly consistent in how they handle cases, but on a conference call last week with reporters, Lisa Edelstein (Cuddy) and director Greg Yaitanes said they appreciated the change of pace.
“It was great to be in different costumes,” Edelstein laughed. “We had a lot of fun doing the different styles that we did. I’ve been on the show for a long time, so it was like having a week off and just playing around!”
“Lisa channels a mean Robert Redford,” Yaitanes added. “It was actually great to see how much Hugh [Laurie (House)] and Lisa, especially, dove into these different genres. They got to do five different movies all within one week.”
Charlie Sheen Fired From TWO AND A HALF MEN

It’s not like we all didn’t see this coming, but now it is official. Charlie Sheen, TV highest paid actor, has officially been fired from his hit show TWO AND A HALF MEN.
Warner Bros Television just released a statement confirming Sheen’s dismissal.
“After careful consideration, Warner Bros. Television has terminated Charlie Sheen’s services from `Two and A Half Men’ effective immediately.”
What isn’t yet known is the fate of TWO AND A HALF MEN. Will the show continue without Sheen?
Pure speculation on my part, but perhaps the writers figured out a workaround so the show to continue without Sheen. Despite his recent (and not so recent) public antics, TWO AND A HALF MEN is still a huge money maker for Warner Bros and I can’t imagine dismissing Sheen without a semblance of a backup plan in place to keep the show on the air. But again, pure speculation.
Do you think TWO AND A HALF MEN will continue without Charlie Sheen? Will it remain the #1 comedy or will the show not work without Sheen?

BREAKOUT KINGS Series Premiere Preview
March 6, 2011 by Marisa Roffman
Filed under #1 featured, Breakout Kings
Tonight, A&E debuts their brand new one-hour drama, BREAKOUT KINGS.
Instead of your traditional good guys vs. the bad guys show, BREAKOUT KINGS has the good guys (the U.S. Marshals) and the “bad” guys (a group of imprisoned convicts) vs. the worse guys (escaped convicts).
Yes, in order to up their chances of catching the fugitives, U.S. Marshals Duchamp and Zancanelli recruit the prisoners to assist in their cases, with the hopes that they’ll give them a better insight which would be crucial in their apprehension of the escapees. In return, the prisoners get a month off their sentence for every criminal they successfully catch. And as we’ve previously reported, one of the escaped cons the group will be going after later this season is PRISON BREAK’s T-Bag.
Check out a trailer for tonight’s series premiere…

TRUE BLOOD Spoilers and Scoop from Paley Fest ’11

You’ll have to forgive me if I’m a little hard of hearing today. Last night I attended the Paley Festival’s TRUE BLOOD panel, and with all the screeching for hot vampires, werewolves, shapeshifters, and yes, humans – my ears are still ringing.
TRUE BLOOD fans packed the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills in the hopes of getting some scoop on the upcoming Season 4 of the hit HBO show. A “little” scoop is what they got. Creator Alan Ball watched closely over his cast who seemed very well rehearsed as to what they were and were not allowed to spill. Anna Paquin (Sookie) was the most tight lipped and admittedly talked in circles to avoid answering any S4 questions directly. Oh Sookie, if only we could read her thoughts.
But that’s not to say there weren’t a few spoilers spilled – some during the panel and some to me directly as I got the chance to interview some of the cast on the red carpet before the event.
Here are some of the highlights from last night’s panel including some scoop from season 4 of TRUE BLOOD. More from my interviews coming soon.
