Last season on THE WALKING DEAD, Lori and Shane became romantically involved when she thought she lost her husband.
The only problem? Rick wasn’t dead.
Since Rick’s return, things have been tense between Lori and Shane, while Rick is still in the dark about what went down between his wife and BFF. But will season two change that?
I caught up with Sarah Wayne Callies (Lori), Jon Bernthal (Shane) and Andrew Lincoln (Rick) before Friday’s PaleyFest panel to get their take on the triangle, their hopes for season two and whether they had their meeting with the writers yet…

SMALLVILLE Recap: ‘Scion’

After finding themselves in quite a mess on last week’s episode — which was a tribute of sorts to THE HANGOVER — things were toned down a bit in the latest SMALLVILLE episode entitled “Scion”! That’s not to say that this week’s storyline was boring in the least!
In a major turn of events, Tess’ big gift to Lois and Clark was awesome. Of course we knew what was about to go down since SMALLVILLE has managed to stir up such a buzz in its last season. But who really could have guessed that Alexander was going to turn out to be Connor Kent of all things?!
SUPERNATURAL Recap: And Then There Were None

So, I didn’t hate this episode, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little disappointed, especially in light of last week’s excellent showing and the fact that this was the ep taking us into a long hiatus.
I really enjoyed the fact that it was basically one long Mexican standoff between the six (well, five really) main characters present – it’s always fun when a group of people who know each other suddenly don’t know who to trust among them. But overall, I had some issues with it. The powers that be decided it was time for some serious spring-cleaning, and two and a half major supporting characters (half because Gwen, while interesting, just doesn’t have the history that Samuel and Rufus do) were killed off. Yet the deaths lacked the punch and purpose you’d think would accompany the loss of characters of this caliber.

The 2011 PaleyFest kicked off Friday night with AMC’s breakout hit, THE WALKING DEAD. Series stars Andrew Lincoln (Rick), Sarah Wayne Callies (Lori), Jon Bernthal (Shane), Laurie Holden (Andrea), Steven Yeun (Glenn) and Emma Bell (Amy) came together with executive producers Frank Darabont, Gale Ann Hurd and Robert Kirkman to chat about the first six episodes of the show and what’s to come.
And while season two is still seven months away from hitting our television screens, the writers went back to work this past week. I caught up with Kirkman (who created the comic book the series is based on) and Hurd before the panel to see what teases they could give about what’s coming up in season two…

After months of anxiety about whether original series star Michael Rosenbaum would return before the show concluded, SMALLVILLE fans were thrilled to learn last month that he will indeed reprise his role of Lex Luthor.
I caught up with Rosenbaum last night at the AMERICAN IDOL Top 13 party — where he was promoting his new series, BREAKING IN — and couldn’t resist asking him a few questions about SMALLVILLE. So who did Lex interact with in the series finale?
