GLEE Goes Lady Gaga Once Again with a Super-Sized Ep
April 6, 2011 by Korbi Ghosh
Last year’s Lady Gaga-themed episode of GLEE was a standout for sure and, later this month, the musical series will tackle the Fame Monster once again, airing a super-sized 90-minute episode titled “Born This Way” — inspired by LG’s latest hit.
On April 26, Matthew Morrison’s character, Mr. Schuester, will teach the glee kids about self-acceptance and embracing what makes you unique through Gaga tunes.
What’s up that ep? Lauren (guest star Ashley Fink) and Quinn (Dianna Agron) will go toe-to-toe for the prom queen crown, Emma Pillsbury (Jayma Mays) will confront her obsessive issues, Rachel (Lea Michele) will struggle with a life-altering decision and Santana (Naya Rivera) will have something up her sleeve that could permanently alter the glee club dynamic.
Looking forward to this hour and a half?

Who Went Home on DANCING WITH THE STARS?

Comments Off on Who Went Home on DANCING WITH THE STARS?
DANCING WITH THE STARS continued to trim the little fat it has for the weaker dancers. With a ten point difference between the top scorers and Wendy Williams, she was behind the eight ball. There were several moments of Disney integration with Hines bringing his son to Disneyland and Selena Gomez’s performance, but I’d prefer the Disney advertising over watching Chris Brown, so it didn’t faze me at all.
We were also reminded that Brooke was not as quick on her feet as she stumbled through her words. I’ve never found reading off of a teleprompter to be that hard, but this is also piled with the fact that Brooke has a very similar script every week of the competition.
Christian Slater and Bret Harrison Talk About BREAKING IN

Are you looking for a new, quirky series to watch? Fox is debuting a new show Wednesday night after AMERICAN IDOL called BREAKING IN you should definitely check out.
So what’s it about? New guy Cameron (Bret Harrison) has been blackmailed into an internship at Contra Security — a high-tech security firm that goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure things are protected — and is having difficulty fitting in with his new coworkers: big boss, Oz (Christian Slater), lock-pick expert/potential love interest Melanie (Odette Annable) and prank-loving Cash (Alphonso McAuley). Plus, the series is created by Adam F. Goldberg, so there are enough nerdy/geeky references to keep any fanboy or fangirl endlessly entertained.
BREAKING IN had a panel at WonderCon this past weekend, but before they took the stage Slater and Harrison talked with reporters about what fans can expect from the show…

When V concluded its second season, poor Erica had lost everything.
It was bad enough when she saw her ex, Joe, get killed in front of her earlier this year. Erica was understandably devastated and it led to her beloved son, Tyler, leaving the safety of her home. But having Bad Lisa kill Tyler? Oh boy. When Erica discovers his death, there will be nothing left she really cares about to keep her grounded.
So if the show gets picked up for a third season, where will Erica go from here?
Elizabeth Mitchell (Erica) met up with reporters after the V panel at WonderCon this past weekend and she gamely talked about working with original V star Marc Singer (Lars), Jack, Hobbes and how the losses Erica has suffered might shape her in a potential season three…

Quite the selection on the ol’ tube tonight. A couple of series premieres, a couple of season finales. Read on to for the full lineup!
The Biggest Loser | 8pm on NBC
“Episode 1114”
This week kicks off with a pop challenge in which contestants have to estimate the length of a mile. The winning team gets a night out on the town, Hollywood style, while the other players have to stay behind and clean the ranch. Later, the teams race to light up a “Biggest Loser” board in a challenge that gives a stiff penalty for the losing team – no votes at the elimination. Then one trainer gets shocking news at the weigh-in, and after an emotional elimination, host Alison Sweeney delivers some very exciting news to the contestants.
NCIS | 8pm on CBS
“Two-Faced”
To Gibbs’ displeasure, Special Agent E.J. Barrett (Sarah Jane Morris) returns to lead the investigation of a seaman’s death that may be connected to a series of port-related murders. Meanwhile, Ziva finally introduces her boyfriend, Ray (Enrique Murciano), to the team.
No Ordinary Family | 8pm on ABC | Season Finale
“No Ordinary Beginning”
The Powells must join together to save JJ, who’s been kidnapped, courtesy of Mrs. X (Lucy Lawless) and forced to solve an enigma that could lead to the permanence of the trilsettum’s effects. Meanwhile, Joshua reconnects with Katie and discovers that he’s about to become a father, and George’s fate hangs in the balance as a prisoner aboard a plane that’s quickly spiraling out of control and about to crash.

DANCING WITH THE STARS Recap – Week 3
April 4, 2011 by Michael Pascua
Filed under #1 featured, Dancing with the Stars
This week, the celebrities got to pick their own music so even the non-actors had the ability to channel their emotions. It probably gave the non-actor/musicians a small opportunity to match the level of the celebrities with the natural ability to emote.
Interestingly, most of the dances were categorized as a “rumba” because of the slow tempos. As for the non-rumba dancers, I think it’s too early for these contestants to get the paso doble or the samba. It looked like the couples should have alternated between the rumba and the waltz/Wiennese waltz instead of mixing up all the dances.
I’m now tempted to believe that the producers want Kirstie, Chris, Ralph, Romeo, and Kendra as their final five contestants because they were all given the same dance. Both Chelsea and Wendy are expendable and given week one dances. I’m also guessing that, since Sugar Ray, Hines and Petra have interesting backstories, but don’t look like they will go that far in the competition, the producers decided to give them dances that were less challenging so they would be able to dance it before their pending eliminations.
HUMAN TARGET’s Matt Miller and Mark Valley Talk About a Potential Season 3
April 4, 2011 by Marisa Roffman
Filed under #1 featured, Human Target
Is anyone else missing Fox’s HUMAN TARGET? The show has been off the air for nearly two months, but man, I’d really like to see what happens next.
Fans were treated to a HUMAN TARGET panel at WonderCon this past weekend featuring showrunner Matt Miller and series stars Mark Valley (Chance), Jackie Earle Haley (Guerrero) and Janet Montgomery (Ames), but the big question on everyone’s mind was whether the series will return.
And while there is still no word from Fox about whether the show will be back for a third season — Miller urged fans to “call Fox and rally” if they want it renewed — he and Valley talked with reporters before the HUMAN TARGET panel about what the future might hold for the show and the Chance-Ilsa relationship…
