This is what we in the business call “a very special episode,” folks.
There will be some drama, above and beyond what PARENTHOOD usually throws down, in this evening’s hour.
Will Haddie come clean about having sex with Alex? (Part of me really doesn’t want her to because we can’t have Alex getting in trouble!)
Will Amber turn into the truant teen she’s pretending to be tonight? (Accompanied by GREEK’s very own Cappie, aka Scott Michael Foster!)
Take a look a look at the promo for the ep and tell us what you think…

Check out tonight’s TV lineup below!
The Biggest Loser | 8pm on NBC

The nine remaining contestants arrive in New Zealand and embark on the adventure of a lifetime, starting with a visit to Sky Harbor, a popular tourist attraction known for its breathtaking views. Awaiting them are 51 flights of stairs to climb followed by the adrenaline rush of sky-jumping for contestants and trainers. Then it’s on to a 5K challenge New Zealand-style, with the winning team getting an unforgettable helicopter ride to gorgeous Waiheke Island. The trainers take contestants to the Auckland Fish Market, where they talk about eating healthy while travelling abroad, and Jillian has a lively lobster encounter. Later, the contestants charter an American Cup racing boat to sail around Auckland Harbor, and one player with a special connection to New Zealand gets a very generous gift.

In the Season Two premiere, Jamie is raising the stakes for his Food Revolution by bringing it to one of America’s biggest cities, Los Angeles, but almost immediately has to rethink his approach when the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), the nation’s second largest school district, slams the door in his face. Jamie’s first order of business: to win the support of the parents and teachers in hopes of appealing the LAUSD decision to lock him out of the school lunch program. He opens a kitchen in Westwood, where he hopes to provide educational tools to combat the obesity epidemic, and attends a school lunch convention, where he discovers a seminar advocating flavored milk in schools. Jamie stages a dramatic demonstration, but it falls short with the community, then attempts to create a healthy fast food menu in a local drive thru restaurant. Can the Revolution be saved?

DANCING WITH THE STARS Recap – Week 4

Comments Off on DANCING WITH THE STARS Recap – Week 4
This week introduced the theme of “classical night” which proved that traditional music can be as dynamic and interesting as trying to translate the newest Jennifer Lopez song. Why were all the contestants upset that there were no lyrics when all they had to do was create lyrics by themselves? I’ve heard enough people put words to the Super Mario theme that placing words in the Harry Potter theme would be really easy. Even better? How about adding the dance steps?
With such a large music ensemble, the stars emerged from the sides of the stage, but I thought it would have been more interesting if they emerged from the back side of the stage. After weeks of songs dedicated to dancer’s names, I’m surprised that Romeo & Chelsie weren’t given the theme to Romeo & Juliet. I’m happy a more mature couple got to translate the music.
Kirstie continues to remind us that we are watching live programming and I thank her for that. Somehow the live mistake kicks in and she does better. She wasn’t the only one with live issues as Dmitry’s microphone caused him and Petra some issues, too.
But let’s get down to business and really talk about the dancing…
HOUSE Creator David Shore Talks Thirteen’s Return and a Possible Season 8

Comments Off on HOUSE Creator David Shore Talks Thirteen’s Return and a Possible Season 8
Tonight, HOUSE airs its 150th episode and it’s a big hour. Thirteen is released after a brief stint in prison and House is determined to find out what she did in her time away from Princeton-Plainsboro.
So why did the show decide to have the MIA doc spend a good portion of her time away in prison?
“I obviously don’t want to give anything away to the audience before they watch the episode, but it was all about the reason she was in prison more than the fact that she was in prison,” HOUSE creator David Shore said during a conference call with reporters last week. “There’s obviously a very emotional reason behind it, and a very personal reason behind it. So we had a wonderful combination dramatically of an ultimately personal reason and a very provocative start to the episode and then a lovely long mystery, so that was it.”

After leaving us hanging on a short hiatus, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER returns tonight with an all-new episode.
So, what’s on tap? Marshall will resign from GNB to volunteer for the environment, much to Lily and Barney’s dismay. But Lily should really be more understanding, no? I mean, well, you know, perhaps he could’ve landed a paying pro bono position before he dumped the old job, but whatever, no big deal… Ted and Zoey are also having some issues, stemming from their conflicting views on the Arcadian’s future. Will they work it out?
Judging from the promo for this evening’s ep, it’s possible Robin may kill them both before anything is resolved. Take a look…

John Krasinski vs. Alec Baldwin – The New Sox/Yankees Rivalry

To all my fellow Red Sox fans out there…Happy Opening Day! Ok, we may have had a tough start to the season, but what’s six games? We still have the whole season ahead of us. That being said, it does pain me just a bit to post this new Sox vs. Yankees commercial. But given that it stars THE OFFICE’s John Krasinski and 30 ROCK’s Alec Baldwin, I felt compelled. I mean really…adorable!
I can take the heat Yankees fans. It’s all good. We’ve got John Krasinski. You can take Alec Baldwin.
GO SOX!!!
