CBS sure seems to have a lot of faith in their new J.J. Abrams-produced drama series, PERSON OF INTEREST — they’re giving it the highly competitive Thursdays at 9 PM slot.

“PERSON OF INTEREST is a crime thriller from J.J. Abrams about a presumed dead former-CIA agent who teams up with a mysterious billionaire to prevent violent crimes by using state-of-the-art technology and their own brand of vigilante justice.
“James Caviezel stars as Reese, who is specially trained in covert operations, and Michael Emerson stars as Finch, the wealthy software genius who invented a program that can identify people about to be involved in violent crimes.”
