Will you be watching the top 3 AMERICAN IDOL contestants visit their hometowns tonight? Or perhaps you’d rather view some season finales? AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL and CRIMINAL MINDS are airing theirs. If none of those appeal to you, then you should tune in to ABC for their comedy block.
All in all, it’s a pretty full night of quality TV to choose from so keep reading to find out tonight’s selection!
The Middle | 8pm on ABC
“The Bridge”
Frankie and Mike attempt to cure Brick of his irrational fear of crossing over bridges. Meanwhile, Axl is pitted against nemesis Sean Donahue when a lifeguard position opens up at the local public pool, and Frankie is ready to pull her hair out when she tries to help an indecisive and emotional Sue pick out a two-piece bathing suit to wear on the pool’s opening day.
American Idol | 8pm on Fox
“3 Finalists Compete”
The Top 3 finalists perform three songs—one chosen by the judges, one selected by mentor Jimmy Iovine and one individual choice. Also: a visit to the finalists’ hometowns.

“Season Finale”
There are only two girls left and the pressure takes a toll. During the taping of a Cover Girl commercial, one model overanalyzes her shoot and the other model’s nerves begin to get the best of her. Later, the girls get a surprise that brings them both to tears and participate in a final runway show, where disaster strikes for one of the models. Jay Manuel joins the final judges’ panel, where America’s Next Top Model is chosen.
Criminal Minds | 9pm on CBS | Season Finale
“Supply and Demand”
The bodies of two missing persons are found in a car trunk, and the BAU suspects that an interstate human trafficking ring is at work. Also, Hotch warns the team of possible changes, and they are surprised when a beloved team member returns.
Modern Family | 9pm on ABC
“See You Next Fall”
The whole family is gathering at Jay’s before heading out to Alex’s graduation ceremony from middle school, but while at the house, Jay is preoccupied hiding a Botox mishap from everyone, Cameron is upset about Mitchell’s habit of laughing at his expense, and Phil tries to sympathize with, yet also antagonize Claire on her impending breakdown over the kids growing up too fast. All of this, plus a faulty gate, could mean their missing Alex’s big moment.

“Free Fallin’”
As Travis continues on a downward spiral from his breakup with Kirsten, Jules decides it’s time to give him some tough love. Meanwhile, Andy advises Bobby and Laurie on their new business with the help of Lou Diamond Phillips, and Ellie and Grayson are threatened by three occult kids.
Law & Order: SVU | 10pm on NBC | Season Finale
“Smoked”
When a woman is murdered during an afternoon shopping trip with her daughter, Detectives Benson and Stabler are called in because she was scheduled to testify in their high-profile rape case. As the detectives continue to investigate the correlation between the murder and their case, they discover unlikely friendships that will lead them to the truth.

“Bo Fight”
Alex, at loose ends after the wedding fiasco, hijacks Penny for a series of “girls’ night outs,” including a cooking class with an obnoxious chef. Dave moves in with Max, who convinces him to hunt down the interloper who ruined his wedding . . . if only either of them can sober up enough to remember his name. And Jane, fearful that she’ll end up like her sister, talks husband Brad into a night on the town.
“Barefoot Pedaler”
Alex and Dave, determined to prove that they can co-exist in the same space, convince the rest of the gang to go to a Barefoot Pedaler concert, a band that was big in their college days. But things don’t go as planned when members of Dave’s old frat turn up and tell him they’ve seen the infamous wedding video; Jane gets progressively more drunk; Brad tries to avoid Alex and Dave’s constant bickering; and Penny, who slept with a member of the band back in the day, is determined to go backstage.

The chefs tap into their five senses to determine mystery ingredients. Later, they help a man propose to his unwitting girlfriend by serving up a six-course feast that represents various stages of their relationship.

“The Girl in the Blue Mask”
Cooper and the red cell team are on the hunt to find a killer who disfigures the faces of his victims.
