AMERICAN IDOL’s Lauren Alaina: ‘I Knew Scotty Was Going to Win’

While America was wondering who would be named the winner of AMERICAN IDOL, finalist Lauren Alaina had her own thoughts on who would take the top prize — she had a feeling her fellow finalist, Scotty McCreery, was going to win it all.

After it was revealed that Lauren did come in second place, she talked with reporters backstage about Scotty’s win, performing with Carrie Underwood, what kind of album she’ll be making and whether she and Scotty are a couple.
