Who Went Home on DANCING WITH THE STARS?

The elimination this week was pretty obvious after the judges basically told Chelsea & Mark that they were safe last night. I love how Hines, Ralph, and Kirstie were talking about breaking points, but the closest to Chelsea talking about breaking points was getting bad judges critiques? Chelsea still lacked anything dramatic. I was hoping she would start crying about how Mark threw water at her to emphasize how easy she’s had it during this competition.

Ralph made Twitter remarks saying that the judges threw him under the bus and it’s true. This wasn’t like last season with Bristol and Brandy because out of nowhere, Len is throwing 7s at Ralph. He deserved at least 8s. Bristol may have been over scored, but she was closer to Brandy. It’s obvious that if the judges really wanted to get rid of Bristol last season, Len would have given her 7’s or at least 8’s.

RAISING HOPE: Lucas Neff and Shannon Woodward Tease the Season Finale

Filed under #1 featured, Raising Hope

RAISING HOPE concludes its freshman season tonight with what I think is the funniest episode the series has done to date.

Don’t believe me? The episode boasts an impressive amount of hilarity stemming from flashbacks, parties, Mee Maw as you’ve never seen her, surprising connections and “Drakkar Noir.”

I caught up with series stars Lucas Neff (Jimmy) and Shannon Woodward (Sabrina) before the PaleyFest panel honoring their show and they teased what fans can expect in the finale… Read more

Comments Off on Tonight’s TV Spotlight…Tuesday, May 17, 2011

Anybody else excited for tonight’s lineup? I have a feeling it’s going to be great, seeing as there are so many finales on and those are always great, right? Which ones are you most excited for?

Glee | 8pm on Fox
“Funeral”
New Directions continues to strategize their set list for Nationals with a little help from Jessie St. James. Meanwhile, an unexpected loss rocks the world of one of McKinley’s own.

NCIS | 8pm on CBS | Season Finale
“Pyramid”
The lives of the NCIS members are in jeopardy when they come face-to-face with the infamous Port-to-Port serial killer.

The Biggest Loser | 8pm on NBC
“Episode 1120”
It’s down to the final four contestants, and this week kicks off with a fun cooking competition to see who can make the tastiest turkey burgers for a group of kids. Then it’s off to the golf course, where season ten winner Patrick House is waiting to cheer the players on as they “put the weight back on” in one of the toughest challenges of the season. Carrying a heavy golf bag filled with flags weighted for how much they lost each week, each player races from hole to hole, dropping the flags along the way and reminding themselves just how far they’ve really come. Also, the contestants get to make calls to eliminated players to see how they’ve been doing at home, and later, they have their final last chance workout at the ranch with the trainers. Then one last weigh-in determines who the two definite finalists will be – and which two contestants fall below the dreaded yellow line, leaving America to vote which one will be the third finalist to compete for the grand prize of $250,000.

One Tree Hill | 8pm on The CW | Season Finale
“This Is My House, This Is My Home”
As Brooke and Haley prepare to re-open Karen’s Cafe, Nathan and Clay hit the road looking for new prospective clients. Meanwhile, Chase leaves for the Air Force leaving behind a disappointed Alex and Chuck (guest star Michael May), and Mouth and Millicent begin their new morning show together.

SO MUCH MORE. KEEP READING…

DANCING WITH THE STARS Recap – Week 9

Comments Off on DANCING WITH THE STARS Recap – Week 9

It was a week of injuries and stress as the contestants had to learn three dances — and the extra stress of the possibility of a fourth dance. Plus, Kym Johnson is a trooper after having one of the most painful looking injuries we’ve seen on this show. With Kirstie’s weight issues, Ralph’s knee, and Kym’s neck, it seems like a given that someone will have to club Mark Ballas in the arm.

The “Winner Takes All” Cha-Cha ended up more interesting than I expected, except for Brooke pointing out that she’s horrible live by not knowing how to read a coin. Sure the coin was some randomly made thing for the show, but Brooke should know that if there’s a head, that means it’s not tails. The fifteen points would have been able to save Brandy last season and it’s clear that the producers or judges would like to keep Chelsea around a bit longer, though I don’t know why.

Seeing that Romeo is gone, one wonders where all his votes have transferred to. If one stayed with the youth demographic, some would go to Chelsea, but I have a feeling more people would throw their support towards Ralph or Hines because both have proved that they are dynamic performers.

The CASTLE season finale is here!

Beckett’s mother’s case is revisited in tonight’s hour and as CASTLE creator Andrew Marlowe told Give Me My Remote earlier this year, when they tackle these serious cases, “Castle is at his finest and it allows Beckett to see him in a more mature light.”

So what will this mean for our favorite twosome? Marlowe was kind enough to answer a few of my questions about tonight’s Very Big Finale and drop a few teases about next season…

In the sixth season finale of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, which airs this evening, Robin’s feelings for Barney will pop back up just as he runs back into former flame, Nora.

GIVE ME MY REMOTE got some one-on-one time with Cobie Smulders, who plays Robin, and the very down-to-earth young lady — who enjoys her lunch during our chat — weighed in on which lady she thinks Barney will end up with…

What do you think?

Barney and Robin all the way?
