It’s season finale time on CHUCK and the stakes have never been higher for at least one beloved character.
As CHUCK fans know, Sarah was poisoned in the penultimate episode — something which could derail her upcoming wedding with Chuck.
“Sarah’s poisoned, Sarah’s fighting for her life, which throws a major kink in everything, really,” Zachary Levi (Chuck) teased to reporters on the set of the season finale. “[It impacts] our relationship, our wedding plans. So yeah, that’s what’s happening, and kind of everyone having to work together in order to save the day — like we do on the show.”

AWAKE from NBC – First Look
May 16, 2011 by Marisa Roffman
It may be early, but the NBC show I’m most looking forward to in the 2011-2012 season is their new midseason drama, AWAKE.
Take a look at how the network describes it, watch the four minute sizzle reel, and then let me know in the comments what you think of it!
“AWAKE is an intriguing drama about a detective (Jason Issacs, “Harry Potter,” “Brotherhood”) who finds he is leading an arduous double life that defies reality. When Detective Michael Britten (Issacs) regains consciousness following his family’s car accident, he is told that his wife Hannah (Laura Allen, “Terriers”) perished but that his teen son, Rex (Dylan Minnette, “Saving Grace”), has survived. As he tries to put the pieces of his life back together, he awakens again in a parallel reality in which his wife is very much alive — but his son Rex died in the accident.

After having its planned May debut pushed back, TERRA NOVA will be debuting Mondays at 8 PM this fall on Fox. Woohoo!
Take a look at a few pictures from the pilot, what the network says the series is about, and a trailer!
“From executive producers Steven Spielberg (“Saving Private Ryan,” “Jurassic Park”), Peter Chernin, René Echevarria (“Castle,” “The 4400”) and Brannon Braga (“24”) comes an epic family adventure 85 million years in the making. TERRA NOVA follows an ordinary family on an incredible journey back in time to prehistoric Earth as a small part of a daring experiment to save the human race.
THE FINDER from Fox – First Look
May 16, 2011 by Marisa Roffman
Fox’s THE FINDER is in a bit of a different situation than any of their other pilots this year. Not only is the new midseason series a quasi-spinoff of BONES, but these characters were already introduced to viewers in an episode of BONES that aired last month.
So while most of this probably isn’t entirely new information, take a look at a few pictures from the pilot, what the network says the series is about, and a trailer!
“Iraq war veteran WALTER SHERMAN (Geoff Stults, “She’s Out of My League”) gained a reputation while serving in the Army Military Police as someone who was very good at tracking down insurgents, deserters and improvised explosive devices (IEDs). Unfortunately, Walter found one IED just moments before it found him. Two months later, when Walter woke from his coma, he earned an honorable discharge and returned home. His resulting brain damage from the explosion transformed him from someone skilled at recovering people and things into something much more extraordinary: a Finder.

Jaime Pressly returns to TV with her brand new Fox comedy series, I HATE MY TEENAGE DAUGHTER.
Take a look at an additional promotional picture, a few pictures from the pilot, what the network says the series is about, and a trailer from the series!
“I HATE MY TEENAGE DAUGHTER (working title) is a new multi-camera comedy about two best friends who are single moms struggling to raise their difficult and over-privileged teenage daughters.
ALCATRAZ from Fox – First Look

While ALCATRAZ won’t debut until midseason, Fox is releasing some early intel about the J.J. Abrams-produced show to get viewers excited.
Check out some pictures from the pilot, what the network says the series is about, and a trailer!
“From executive producer J.J. Abrams (FRINGE, “Lost,” “Star Trek” and the upcoming “Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol” and “Super 8”) and writer and executive producer Elizabeth Sarnoff (“Lost,” “Deadwood”) comes ALCATRAZ, the chilling new thriller centered on America’s most infamous prison and one-time home to the nation’s most notorious murderers, rapists, kidnappers, thieves and arsonists.
NEW GIRL from Fox – First Look

Zooey Deschanel is coming to Fox!
Are you interested in her new series, NEW GIRL? Check out some pictures from the pilot (a note: Damon Wayans Jr. will have to be replaced since his series HAPPY ENDINGS was picked up by ABC), what Fox says the series is about, and a trailer for the show!
“NEW GIRL (working title) is a new single-camera comedy from Liz Meriwether (“No Strings Attached”) that features a young ensemble cast and takes a fresh and outrageous look at modern male/female relationships. JESS DAY (Zooey Deschanel, “(500) Days of Summer”) is an offbeat and adorable girl in her late 20s who, after a bad breakup, moves in with three single guys. Goofy, positive, vulnerable and honest to a fault, Jess has faith in people, even when she shouldn’t. Although she’s dorky and awkward, she’s comfortable in her own skin. More prone to friendships with women, she’s not used to hanging with the boys – especially at home.
HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER’s Craig Thomas Spills on The Wedding in Season 6’s Finale, Barney’s Future, an Eriksen Baby and More

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER will wrap its sixth season this evening with a bit of a bang.
Though the show has a two year pick up, co-creator Craig Thomas says he does consider it to be in “act 3” and, as he and Carter Bays mentioned last summer, the writers are really leaning into the notion that the end is “glimps-able.” Thomas says the sixth season finale will raise new and intriguing questions that will absolutely be part of what steers them to the series finale.
And he was kind enough to drop a few more hints on what’s happening…
