THE BACHELORETTE: Bentley Returns
June 28, 2011 by Marisa Roffman

He’s baaaaack.
Yes, like some horror movie villain, former BACHELORETTE contestant Bentley just won’t freaking go away.
When Ashley found out Bentley was in the same hotel she was at, she looked like she might throw up or cry from happiness. Poor Chris Harrison was basically trying to tell her, “The guy is an idiot, don’t waste your time on him” with his tone — I’m going to assume that he isn’t allowed to flat-out tell her what went down with Bentley — but clearly Ashley wasn’t reading the signals.
And listen, Ashley, when a guy leaves you, don’t greet him with a kiss as soon as he says hello to you. Have a little more self-respect than that. Don’t you remember the sobbing after he ditched you? Rewarding his crappy behavior isn’t smart.
TORCHWOOD: MIRACLE DAY: 11 New Minutes of Fun, Sexy Footage

My relationship with Starz and its preview material for TORCHWOOD is beginning to get precarious. On the one hand, I will do anything to get my grubby little hands on more. On the other, we’re less than two weeks away from the premiere and these clips are now only serving to ratchet my anxious anticipation up to heights previously thought unreachable.
The newest featurette, a full eleven minutes of new footage and behind-the-scenes interviews, gives us even more teases about Miracle Day and the events that follow…
LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS Casts Kelli Giddish and Danny Pino

Following the departure of original series star Chris Meloni (Stabler), LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT has cast Kelli Giddish (PAST LIFE, CHASE) and Danny Pino (COLD CASE) to help fill the void.
While both actors will be portraying detectives, little else is known about their characters. NBC’s press release didn’t include character names or any additional details, but executive producer/creator Dick Wolf said, “I’m very pleased that we have two amazing actors joining the cast. I know this combination will give us the opportunity to explore the world of ‘SVU’ with new eyes.”
Are you excited about the addition of Giddish and Pino?

THE GLEE PROJECT: Week 3
June 27, 2011 by Haylee Fisher
This week, THE GLEE PROJECT did a complete 180. Whereas last week, the contestants were asked to go big or go home by being theatrical, in this episode, they had to rein everything in and bring out their biggest insecurities.
Before I get to that, though, I have to say, I loved Dot-Marie Jones (Coach Bieste) as a mentor. She was not afraid to call people out and also gave Matheus great advice during their one-on-one session. And, for the first time, I agreed with the winner! So, for me, the homework session was great all around!
This week’s recap will be a little different. I think it would be unfair to call out what was good and what was bad when these kids were asked to expose what they were most unsure of in themselves – I would feel straight up judgmental. What I am going to do is give my opinion about how well I thought the contestants portrayed their vulnerability and note what they wore on their boards during the music video challenge.
DROP DEAD DIVA Discussion: ‘False Alarm’
June 26, 2011 by Sarah Curtis
Hello DROP DEAD DIVA watchers! How are you liking season three so far? I’m curious for your thoughts, because though I liked this episode more than the season premiere, something still feels off. This episode didn’t have any dreams or musical numbers, so I can’t blame those (even though I do like them sometimes), but I just can’t get past the feeling that my discomfort is Jane-related.
Perhaps it’s deliberate and the fact that we’re seeing Jane have to deal with some conflict over Grayson’s upcoming wedding means we have conflict as viewers. But we’ve seen Jane have conflict over Grayson and his love life before, and it didn’t seem as manipulative, I guess? Maybe it’s that Grayson’s really not having any conflict at all with his decision, so it feels like Jane is wasting her time? IS it time for Jane to move on and forget about Grayson? What do you think?

TRUE BLOOD Season 4: Take a Peek at What’s on Tap
June 26, 2011 by Korbi Ghosh
Filed under #1 featured, True Blood, True Blood Spoilers
So, the third season of TRUE BLOOD wasn’t the best. But this evening, the fourth go-round of HBO’s southern vampire soap debuts and it seems as though things are looking up.
Based on “Dead to the World,” the fourth book in Charlaine Harris’ series, Team Eric fans should get their fill of fun this year as the sherriff of Area 5 spends his time trying to take down the season’s bad girl, a Wiccan named Marnie who has a coven in Bon Temps — a coven full of witches who are really into necromancy (aka summoning the dead). So, yeah, it seems the vampires are actually scared of her and her crew. Because being able to summon the dead means they’ve got a hold on the fanged ones. But Eric-Sookie lovers will be happy to hear that this season’s antics may actually produce a kinder, gentler sherriff of Area 5. And since Bill and Sookie are now dunzo…
I mean, I’m just speculating…
What else is going on?
Well, Jessica and Hoyt are still together, but the honeymoon is sort of over; Jason is still hangin’ in Hot Shot with the werepanthers, trying to be a good leader in the face of adversity; Tara, Sam, Nan Flanagan, Alcide and Bill all have their own thing going on too, so don’t think any one of them will disappear despite whatever went down in season 3.
And as you may have heard (since the first three minutes of the season dropped online) we’ll find Sookie chillin’ with her own kind in fairly land tonight. Check it out here…
TRUE BLOOD season 4 premieres June 26 at 9 p.m. on HBO. Will you watch?
