ABC Family is wasting no time in starting a new season of THE SECRET LIFE — season 4 premieres tonight after season 3 ended just last week.
And not only that, but THE BACHELORETTE is new (hopefully it can redeem itself after last week…well, as much as a guilty pleasure/trashy reality show can redeem itself) and SWITCHED AT BIRTH continues. Are you watching? Excited to see where this show goes?
What else is on? Keep reading to find out!

FRINGE: Jeff Pinkner, J.H. Wyman and Akiva Goldsman Talk ‘LSD,’ Episode 19 in Season 4 and Network Reaction to the Finale

As FRINGE fans know, episode 19 is generally a crazier hour than normal for the series. (Which is saying a lot.) In the second season, we had “Brown Betty,” a musical noir episode and season three gave us “Lysergic Acid Diethylamide,” an hour which was partially animated.
So what could they possible bring fans for episode 4×19? Before the Paley Center panel honoring their series, FRINGE producers Jeff Pinkner, J.H. Wyman and Akiva Goldsman brainstormed some ideas about where they could go this year and talked about the difficulties of producing an animated episode.
Plus, what did the network and studio think when they were pitched the game-changing season finale?

I can’t help but sing Rebecca Black’s “Friday” today and it’s all the GLEE tour’s fault (I’ve been watching videos on YouTube since I’m not going to the show)! So let’s start a sing-a-long while you read tonight’s lineup, OK?
Ready? Friday, Friday, gotta get down on Friday…
Flashpoint | 8pm on CBS
“I’d Do Anything”
The SRU’s attempt to take down a crime boss, but the plan backfires and the boss gets away, taking his girlfriend – who is the SRU’s criminal informant – with him.
Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution | 8pm on ABC
“We’re Going to Go Guerilla”
Using a simple math equation, Jamie teaches the West Adams High students a practical lesson about the short term consequences of their unhealthy food choices. The message becomes far more emotional when Jamie invites a few guests suffering from the painful, long term effects of diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure to share with students some unforgettable stories of their struggles. Meanwhile, Jamie helps a busy, devoted single father and his two young boys to open their eyes to their destructive daily cycle of eating fast food, and to rediscover the physical and emotional value of preparing and eating a home cooked meal together. Things really get ugly when Jamie learns first hand who was responsible for the decision to revoke his film permits and ban him from preparing food in any school across Los Angeles. He refuses to accept defeat and devises a plan to move his kitchen across the street from West Adams High, but will this be enough to make a real impact?
