Who Went Home on SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE?

It’s Thursday, so that means it’s time to send another guy and gal home on SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE. Given last night’s pretty damn good performances, it’s going to be hard to see anyone (well, almost anyone) go. But if you want to know who danced their last dance, keep on reading.
The results are in and here’s how the top 10 dancers fared:
- Mitchell – Bottom four
- Melanie – Safe
- Tadd – Safe
- Marko – Safe
- Sasha – Safe
- Clarice – Bottom four
- Ricky – Bottom four
- Jess – Safe
- Jordan – Bottom four
- Caitlyn – Safe
So there you have it…Mitchell, Clarice, Ricky and Jordan danced for their lives tonight.
In the end we said goodbye to Mitchell and Clarice.
Will you miss these two dancers? Who would you have liked to see go in their place?

I’m curious how many times Rickey can be in the bottom before he’s eliminated? I liked both of the girls so was sad to see Clarice leave. 🙁
I don’t know why the audience isn’t connecting with him. I really love watching him perform. I don’t think he’s going to be the top guy – that distinction will hopefully go to either Tadd or Marko – but he’s great!
I’m kind of over Jess so I wouldn’t mind seeing him leave.

I think that Ricky and Jordan’s solos were much better than Clarice or Mitchell’s. Kind of sealed their fate. Ricky looked so much better this week without Ryan holding him down…
I really dont like any of the guys this season. marko is the only guy that kinda sticks out for me. and the girls are amazing I dont want to see any of them go home.

This is the first season that nobody has really stuck to me like a dancer I NEED to have on the show. I haven’t connected with any of ’em, I guess.
I do, however, love the guest judges! NPH calling out Tyce’s crappy routine and Jess’ crappy face in one sitting! I believe that it was NPH’s influence that caused Nigel to point out that just because a dancer is leaving doesn’t mean they suck or had a bad week. It’s just that somebody had to go. It’s about time! Nigel has always seemed so negative in the past like the dancers made serious mistakes when it has often been the routine that America is voting for. Now that the choreographers are famous they are getting votes as well.
This season is seriously suffering from the absence of Mia, Wade and Adam Shankman. Chrisopher Scott…someone please show him the exit. I thought at first that he was just dumbing down his routines and making them too easy, but I have only liked one of his routines so far and I am quickly losing patience with him and his sucky routines.
Where is the SYTYCD podcast? I, for one, look forward to a very long Make-Up-Cast to go over all the weeks that you’ve missed! So many things to hear your take on! Cat’s Emmy nod! NPH, Alex Wong injury….
