LEVERAGE Renewed for Season 5
August 12, 2011 by Marisa Roffman
The LEVERAGE crew may be hard at work filming their season finale, but they have extra reason to celebrate: TNT has just renewed the series for its fifth season.
“While many shows decline in their second, third or fourth seasons, Leverage has defied the odds and continued to climb,” said Michael Wright, executive vice president and head of programming for TNT, TBS and Turner Classic Movies (TCM) in a statement. “More and more viewers are discovering this weekly joy ride through wonderfully complex schemes and con games, all brought to life through smart writing, sharp directing and a terrific cast.”
LEVERAGE’s summer run is slated to end August 28th, but the rest of season four (which includes a guest spot from Emma Caulfield) will play out starting in November.
