Watch Jimmy Fallon Predict His Upcoming SNL Hosting Duties
August 23, 2011 by Marisa Roffman
Next time you make a crazy prediction about where your career will end up, make sure you have it on tape.
A few years back when Jimmy Fallon was a cast member on SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE, he participated in Alec Baldwin’s opening monologue as the “Ghost of Christmas Future” to talk about his future experience as a first-time host of SNL in December 2011. Now, cut to 2011 and Fallon actually is booked to be a first-time host of SNL in December 2011. Completely eerie, right?
Take a look at the opening monologue to see what Fallon predicted he’d be doing as SNL host in ’11!

I would put money on the following:
A) They will address it (I’m sure everyone is aware of it now, it would be remiss to ignore it. In fact, I wouldnt be surprised if that particular week was chosen specifically because of the ’98 skit.)
B) Baldwin will make an appearance.
Also, they predicted Dec. 12, 2011. You would think someone would have checked that to make sure the date made sense.Or maybe im the only one OCD enough to have these things bother me. Heh 🙂
Whoops.
*…they predicted Dec 12, 2011, which isn’t even a Saturday.
@Sam: That was the first thing I checked, too. That’s so silly that they didn’t even do a quick search to make sure it was a Saturday.
LOVE your idea of Baldwin making an appearance. That would be fantastic.
